  • While perhaps not quite as scenic as some of the other nice courses in the Coachella Valley, we enjoyed our round at the West/South courses. Pace of play, service and course conditions were good. Driv...  read more »
  • Love to play here. Great service from staff and you get a nice easy resort golf course to play. Not to tough for mid handicapper and still fun for the low index. Got to catch their $20 All Day deal in...  read more »
  • The RLP resort is good for families, it needs a little upgrading. However, the pool area is very nice, they have a water slide, lazy river, swim area, activities for kids, and in expensive restaurants...  read more »
  • Pools are great temperature, Hot tub is great temperature too. Slides are fun, and the last rivers are fun until annoying kids spray you with water.
  • Huge rooms, great location with easy access to the pools from around the property and lots of restaurants and services right across the street. We came for the pools which did not disappoint. It would have been great if the 42" height requirement were lower for at least the smaller water slide, but the lazy river is fantastic and our 1 year old loved the beach area. Definitely planning to return when our 3 year old is big enough for the slides.
  • Although the rooms are tight, there is much to do around the resort. The lazy river was very relaxing. The breakfast was also a lot better than your average resort's. It was very hot, reaching temperatures of over 110 degrees, but it was overall a fun and relaxing trip.
  • Check in was great. Mariela (spelling?) Was very sweet and welcoming. Front desk is important part of experience bc that's where guests make their first impressions. Like I said, she was fantastic. In the lobby they had lemonade and cookies for the kids which is a nice little touch. Rooms are good and their is a mini fridge in the room which is important for parents with kids. Staff is very attentive from the poolside service to the restaurants to housekeeping. We had a wonderful view of the golf course and a fairly short walk to the water park. The water park itself is good, not great. Broken down into 3 parts. 1. Lazy river with tubes provided. 2. Two water slides. 3 a swimming pool. Lifeguards are on duty and located at several areas throughout the park which helps with the peace of mind. Nearby the resort are a number of restaurants and even a whole foods market. Parking is convenient for guests of the hotel. So far so good and we will definitely be returning with our kids for another weekend getaway.
  • The grounds are nice. But the rooms are wood and thin so that can feel small earthquake like vibrations from people walking or people talking when passing your room. Also, the staff seems to need customer service training. Some nice people, but in walking through many were congregating and closed talking or just a refusal to smile, giving the appearance that working at the resort is a terrible experience. But another good is our daughter likes the mini water park, unusual for a hotel.
