  • What a great spot!! This was our first winery we visited in Ramona, California and it did not disappoint. The grounds are break taking filled with the most intriguing art pieces. The Sauvignon Blanc w...  more »
  • We visited the Salerno Winery this weekend for a wedding. Despite the rain, it was beautiful, funky, and inviting. The wine was great and probably some of the best sangria I've ever tasted!  more »
  • They used to have great bread and pizza. While the kitchen was closed to remodeling I would check if they are back open again. Good wine, miss the owner who has passed away.  more »

  • Used to come all the time and loved the place. After the owner passed away a lot left with him. More focused on style and less substance. Love the sculpture collection but miss the good pizza.
  • Beautiful sculptures only 30 minutes from PQ. Relaxing and tranquil afternoon.
  • We became wine club members quarterly and Salerno winery was to send our win by September 20 for our sons surprise engagement party. The wine was not delivered and they charged us for the next quarter and still NO wine! We joined in July and have not see any wine, just charges on out credit card. No one will answer the phone or call back when you leave a message! Not happy!
  • The winery tragically lost an owner to death recently. The transition is going well with new ownership showing the same love for art and wine together. Stop by and soak up the world class sculpture garden and vineyard.
  • I wish there was a zero star. Absolutely the worst experience and waste of time. I'd say don't bother here. Worst customer service and ruined our Valentine's Day. First time wine tasting in Ramona and we stopped in. We waited an hour and never got our tasting. The staff looks like they have no idea what they are doing. They ran out of tasting glasses?? You do wine tasting why and on a holiday why don't you stock up. We even asked twice for help- "I'll be right over" and never did. Once we get up to leave the lady finally ask if we'd like to talk to her manager who was sitting down at a table the whole time vs helping. He saw us there for an hour and never offered to help. 2 other couples were waiting too and absolutely no service. 2 parties that arrived after us got served first. Absolutely don't recommend and sad since I heard they were one of the better ones- property is cool though but better wineries to visit than Salerno.. Saw on other reviews that this happens all the time someone waited 2 hours to get an overpriced $19 pizza. Save yourself the frustration..
