  • I really enjoy this course, don't let it get you down just enjoy the ride. Bring lots of balls, its possible to lose a few.  more »
  • This is the most fun, most difficult 5900 yard golf course I've ever found. I live in Illinois but play in San Diego area every year. This course is on our must play list each time we are out there. I...  more »

  • Course is in beautiful shape, a unique setting, and a pleasure to play. You look at the length of the course, and think it should be manageable, but you have to hit shots, or else! Probably have to play it once before you'd really call it "fun", but after that, it makes you have to try and hit every club in your bag, and that is fun.
  • Beautiful! Great for the wedding and it had a nice preservation to the original owner's taste.
  • Just had the 5th annual Lakeside Rodeo Golf Classic/ Poker Tournament on Sat. April 1st .... Had an AWESOME turnout !
  • We walked in from our hike and the lady with black short hair, behind the counter cooking, got upset and said they were about to close. We offered to go somewhere else but she said it was fine (then why mention it?). The manager then came over, and introduced himself. He was very sweet and welcoming asking about how we heard about them and so forth, so I asked him their times and wether they were about to close and he said "No, not at all." We then walk up to the counter to order and the lady takes one of our orders says she's overwealmed and can't take the other two so we go sit down and wait. While we waited, because the lady was "so busy" she took four other people's order. Luckily a gentleman finally came up and took the order. It was a great little place to go after the hike, but we felt extremely uncomfortable as we clearly weren't wanted there. Mind you, there were about four other tables at the time of this happening. I guess my advice to her is find a job you like, since you're clearly not happy here.
  • Wish it was in the OC... but then it would cost $95. Just the best little course anywhere. You think 5700 yds from the blue tips... cake, right? Best of luck to you! We might play the whites next time. A lot of fun... gotta ride since massive ups and downs and distances between holes... but half the fun is those rides and all the scenery.
