  • We enjoy coming here to see the selections by the local farmers. I have been coming here since 1999 and have never been disappointed. They have fruit, Christmas trees, Veggies, Honey, and fruit trees.
  • We were afraid that the market would be empty, but it was not. There were lots of market stands with wonderful vegetables and fruits . We bought a Camellia plant, butternut squash, radishes and tomato...  more »

  • We LOVE the farmers markets. Fresh produce, organic items, prepared foods such as fresh baked breads and cookies. We love all the nc products sold in the building and always buy christmas gifts there
  • This place is great. Good vendors, good produce, good prices. I love everything about it. Check it out! Bring the family.
  • Seasonal produce available all year round. My wife and can get all our fresh ingredients for cooking here during the summer. Fruits, veggies, local NC goods, breads, sweet treats, apple cider, flowers, cheese, meat, eggs, and even landscaping/nursery shops.
  • Fun place with 2 restaurants and lots of local products and produce, as well as a great selection of nursery plants. Lacks organic and non-GMO choices. Farmer staff in the open air building don't like to talk about their production method. Most use commercial/traditional agriculture techniques, and probably feel attacked by all the questions about pesticides and GMO.
  • This is a great place to visit, but if you are a regular shopper, be careful. I would give this market 1 star, but I don't want to hurt business for the several farmers that really raise their own plants and produce. Be informed when you shop! There is no way that anyone has a watermelon crop in mid spring! Notice all the boxes that are behind the booths. Look through them and you might find a "Grown in Florida" label. Talk to someone who is knowledgeable about agriculture before you shop. Many of the people at the market make a living off of lies. Be careful.
