  • This is an upscale mall, still a favorite for eye candy. Although not a newer mall, they have maintained the panache. It's a particularly wonderful place to shop for Christmas. There are a wide variety of shops, with major anchor stores. The restuarants are some of the city's finest. Parking and traffic are a bit much during heavy peak shopping times. I recommend going at off peak times, at least until you are familiar with the traffic patterns for entering the area. Crabtree is the place to go for better gifts. You may not save money, but you will find pleasing items.
  • Wow most of the make have run down hill. This place was awesome they have a huge selection of shops to choose from. Also the food court was nice with a good selection to choose from. From now on I will be going back here for all my shipping needs. Christmas time this place was packed bite I see why. Great place and I actually felt safe here
  • Had a great time at the mall. Always a good experience when I come so far. The mall is always clean, no problem walking to stores. Each store visited had no issues. The sales were all good. I visited the bathrooms and it was clean, no smells, no issues with the facilities and no spills. The food I ate was fresh as usual and tasted great. As malls go, this was a great experience.
  • It's become average at best many stores are lacking! And the food court needs better options... But the activities the mall has are interesting! Workers are kind and helpful in most stores! But the restaurants outside of the mall like the Cheesecake Factory is good!
  • Crabtree Valley Mall is located at 4325 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612 it's near the highway 440 and by main roads like Glenwood Ave and Creedmoor Rd, which makes it not only easy to get too but also great for everyone to notice while driving by. With a vast variety of stores to shop in and elegant restaurants to enjoy a nice dinner or kick back and relax while watching a sports game with your choice of wine or beer. Crabtree is a safe place to go shopping with the family as well. Crabtree has its own hybrid department of sworn police officers and security officers who not only patrol the exterior of the property but as well as the interior of the mall. Making friendly & professional interactions with the public on a day to day basis.

Where to stay in Raleigh

Staying downtown provides the most convenient access to Raleigh's leading attractions. You'll find a couple of large, efficient hotels here--they feature a large volume of beds. The area around the North Campus of North Carolina State University lies just west of downtown and features a handful of additional hotels. A cluster of national chain hotels and motels lies in the midtown area north of downtown. There are a couple of bus lines that provide easy access to downtown from here, so this area serves as a suitable option if you cannot find accommodation in the city center. The intersection of I-440 and Route 70 to the northwest of downtown features numerous hotels and motels, but these largely cater to business travelers who require convenient access to both downtown and the airport.
