  • This was our second time staying at Cave B. We stayed in one of the yurts last year and loved it. This year we decided to upgrade to the Cliff House so we could have a soaking tub. The accommodations ...  more »

  • Had the most amazing visit to Cave B. A memory to cherish for life. Thank you daddy for inviting us to join you for the week. We are blessed to have you in our life. Thank you for sharing your friends and the amazing hospitalilty.
  • This place is amazing. The wine is good and the winery is a beautiful. You can rent the Casadas or you can get rooms in this building off to the side, close to the pool and it's all surrounded by grape wines. You can go horseback riding or just lay by the pool either way it's very relaxing. I highly recommend this place and i can't wait to go back.
  • We made reservations for mother’s day weekend and I have to say I was very disappointed….for the money we pay (over $600) we got a room that needed some loving care, it has leak damage on the wall that was not fixed and it need some decorating and a good cleaning…the dinner was ok, nothing special, the restaurant is nothing fancy and the service was not all that great, the wine not that good and starting when we first checked in the 2 girls at the front desk were not very nice, constantly speaking Spanish to each other and could care less that we paid all that money for the weekend. We did not feel welcome! I will not recommend this place and in fact I will tell people to stay away and save your money.
  • This place was fabulously relaxing. Really enjoyed staying in one of the cave houses. Very expensive and could really stand to upgrade their coarse, small towels, but otherwise excellent. Went for a great hike in the gorge down below and ate an excellent dinner in the main hall.
  • We loved staying in a yurt for our anniversary this year. They had a wedding happening at the same time, but despite the thin walls of the yurt the party didn't really bother us. It's a beautiful location surrounded by fragrant grapes with the massive valley beyond. The restaurant on site is excellent if a bit pricey, and we brought home a lot of good wine. We hiked to the river one day. The trail map and signs are a little lacking in detail, and some of the side trails can be a little challenging, but it's accessible to most people looking for a day hike. Note that they direct you to drive and park by your need to park elsewhere as some descriptions and reviews say. However, you'll probably want to walk the few minutes to the tasting room, restaurant, etc.
