  • If you go to their website you will see a picture of a man and woman in a hot tub with a beverage in the man's hand. This is fake advertisement because they do not offer men & women hot tubs. The men ...  more »
  • Casino is nice and not smoky. The only thing that left a damper on our visit was the breakfast buffet. The buffet was not open the morning we went and we had to order off menu. Not a big deal, but whe...  more »
  • We had the regular Buffett and it was very good. The food was good, service was good and the restaurant was clean. Best part is they gave us 50 percent off for military discount.

  • I absolutely love Downstream. The slot pay out decently. They have an amazing poker room. The hotel rooms are always clean and look amazing. Drinks are reasonably priced and taste great. They have a wide variety of food available. Staff is great!
  • I give it 5 stars. Very nice clean rooms. Bathroom showers are very nice. Highly recommended for overnight getaway. Great gaming!!!! Haven't tried the spa yet so can't rate it.
  • Saved myself a lot of money and wasted travel by calling first to ask them about accessible seating for concerts in their pavilion. They acted like I was speaking a language they did not understand. They transferred me to three different people. Finally got to a "ticket salesperson" in "the gift shop" and told them I didn't see any designated accessible seating on their website seating chart. She said "what's that?" I said you know like wheelchairs?! She said whatever concert it is they "find a seat that's on an end of an aisle, if available". I told her that's not ADA compliant and she said she didn't know what ADA was and "all she did was sell tickets"! Downstream Casino shows no interest in obtaining business from people with disabilities or complying with Federal law. I even asked for a manager to speak with and was put on hold to no avail. I recommend people with or without disabilities take your business elsewhere due to Downstream Casino's lack off empathy and ignorance.
  • I went to Downstream Casino to take advantage of my birthday free play. The woman who printed a new club card for me was snooty and acted exasperated about helping me. The cocktail waitress that provided my friends and I with a beverage was also rude and pretensious, as if a group of polite, respectable young people visiting was a nuisance. I was very displeased with the help.
  • I only went to the outside concert and it was awesome! General admission is a hill you can put a blanket down and luck back to watch your concert! We had an awesome time!
