  • The casino is so smokey that a non-smoker can't enjoy being there. My clothes smelled so bad that I took them home in a plastic bag. Understand that smoking and casinos go together, but this one has n...  more »

  • The location is very nice, especially as you're driving up to the casino. We ate at the sports bar, and the food was very good. The service at the restaurant was okay, but nothing special. The team member that signed my wife and I up for the players' club, however was very personable. The blackjack dealer I played with was also very friendly and knowledgeable. None of the members of our party had any luck with the slots or tables, but that isn't a direct reflection on the facility of course.
  • It was Christmas Eve and we decided to stop and play some slots, and have hot coffee to warm us up. We each only would allow ourselves to spend $20 on slots. We were able to play in $20 each for over 2 1/2 hours. Plenty of fresh hot coffee which was free but we tipped servers/bartender $1 each time. One of us lost entire $20. I was down to $4, and managed to get the total to $15 and cashed out. We decided it was time to leave since we weren't winning much. We did have a good time and enjoyed ourselves. The service was good as there were several drink servers walking around.
  • It used to be a place to play, win and have fun. Now it is very hard to win anything. They say we are playing off a bingo card. It will show pattern after pattern it could hit for you to win. Well guess what it doesn't hit any of them. I think big wins are a thing of the past at this casino. They do have a nice card room, and good places to eat. Oh and very nice rooms. It's a shame really, to have nice rooms and good places to eat because people also like to be able to win every once in a while.
  • Great location just off I-44 just a few minutes west of Joplin. Amazing hotel rooms, indoor and outdoor pools. All staff is friendly and helpful from people cleaning to the security. They have all the new popular slot machines. Great restaurants, and bars. They always have the best local bands. Very clean. Also have Non smoking sections. Poker tournaments. A little something for everyone. Must be 21+ they server cocktails on request for free. Hint: if you want the drinks to keep coming TIP your waitresses.
  • I've been to this casino several times and each experience is worse than the last. I've been there day and night, weekends and weekdays, in every season of the year, and I've yet to have anyone ask me if I want a drink. The gambling floor is made to confuse. On two different occasions for sure I've been confused and visibly upset and obviously lost. Not a single employee who saw me asked me if they could help. I'd understand but for the fact I and on my tip toes looking around for directions. When I ask I've received wrong directions or told that I need to ask someone else. The rooms as well as everything else is overpriced. The bathrooms however were amazing. Overpriced, but just gorgeous. Lastly, and probably what you really want to know, the slots, which is all I've played, are for the veteran. Don't even try it if you're anything less than seasoned. They are unforgiving. There is a strategy to winning at these I've no doubt. That I'm uneducated, I freely admit. I have won, however, at least a small jackpot at every other casino I've ever been to where I've spent the kind of money I've spent here. The machines are over the top confusing. And of all my girlfriends who gamble more often than I, only one in all the years ever won anything worth note. It does have pool and hot tub which were quite a walk from our room, but worth it. Super clean, beautiful rooms. Great restaurants. Tight slots. The water is not good.
