  • Driving into this place looked very interesting. Was so excited to finally come here, it's been on my list since they opened. The whole cave idea seemed really cool. Very disappointed, super small, no...  read more »
  • I really like the concept of a wine cave and this one is rather nice. The two ladies doing the tastings were very efficient. The wines were nice and I even bought a bottle. Overall an enjoyable place ...  read more »
  • My boyfriend and I took a trip with our 2 dogs for a little getaway. Maggie Malick's was our first stop on our VA wine tour. Very dog friendly. Dogs are allowed in the tasting room. The wine was very ...  read more »
  • We really liked the petit verdot and the tennat. At first drive up, the winery doesn't look like what you'd expect - it's a gravel drive up to the owners house. Signs guide you to the man-made wine cave around back. It's a fantastic winery, described as a hobby gone wild and legitimate. The view from the seating out of the back of the cave is beautiful and the owner's dogs will likely keep you company. We did the tasting, got a glass, and had a baguette with cheese plate.
  • Really enjoyed our visit at Maggie Malick's! We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon as our second stop of the day. We did a tasting inside with Jose who was wonderful and enthusiastic about all of the wine varieties. While the tasting was definitely worth the cost, most of the wines felt like they were on the sweeter side, so be prepared. We ended up getting glasses of the Petit Verdot and the Merlot, both were nice! We ordered some warm bread with cheese and meats and sat outside and listened to music. Loved the warm and inviting vibe, will definitely be back when the weather cools down a little.
  • Great wine cave, not natural but does the trick. The ponds are fabulous.
  • Maggie and Marc are lovely. They welcomed us with their down home friendliness and showed us a great variety of crisp, deep wines. We enjoy this vineyard trip v much.
  • A gem of a place. Peaceful, relaxing and beautiful with people who really care about their wine and their customers. Great food and great experience. Highly recommended.
