  • Despite high prices and extremely low tickets given out, I am giving four stars for management. The lovely young woman who manages the redemption area was a joy to work with. She provided top notch customer service, and made me feel like a valued customer.
  • We were in Orem and wanted to find something fun to do. We found Provo Beach online and took a chance. I'm really happy we did! We were incredibly impressed with not only all the things to do, but how clean the place is!! The prices were also incredibly reasonable as well. We are at the cafe which was really good too. The servings were large, soy family of 4 shared two meals. We will be visiting again!!
  • The bowling alley and flowrider features are awesome. My family likes the ropes course (I do not like ropes courses ever, so I cannot fairly evaluate that). The kids' play areas are great. The food is good and you cannot beat the Blue Bell ice cream at Ike's Creamery. Sometimes there isn't enough staff on hand. The staff are friendly, though.
  • We have been coming here for years. My children are 5 and 2 and they love it here. When we have a long wait for one of the near by restaurants we come here and let the kids place in the play place to pass the time. Cost for the kids area is $4 and totally worth it. My youngest sister is 11 and she enjoys the arcade area. I also was recently on a girls night out and instead of sitting at happy sumo for our 45 minute wait we came here instead and played a round of bowling. I truly think that anyone at any age could find something enjoyable to do here :) 5 stars:
  • Went to play a few rounds of laser tag with a gift card given to us. Provo Beach Resort would not respect the gift card as "money".... (so don't get get cards here). The gal at the front desk was very good at doing what she could (I'm sure she thought the rule was stupid too). The laser tag worker looked like he would rather be sleeping in a corner with his phone then anything else. We played with a very belligerent group so it would have been nice to have a referee from Provo Beach resort to try and calm them.
