We were driving through on the way to Spokane and decided to stop here for a wine tasting. We were so glad we did! The pourer was knowledgeable, kind, and a great conversationalist. Not once did we ev... read more »

In an area where wine tasting rooms are abundant, 14 Hands is above and beyond. Fabian was a fantastic host and the wine was outstanding. We are consumers of the usual Stampede and Kentucky Derby, but... read more »

I swear, 'for every bottle of 14 Hands Hot to Trot Red Blend I have "personally" sold to bewildered, unsophisticated wine buyers, I believe I should get a case free or a commission. Today, I directed a bewildered buyer to 14 Hands Stampede Red (a more robust red blend). I'm a natural sales person and have experience from the burgeoning Douglas & Yamhill County, Oregon Wine Industry--the new Napa Valley; but 14 Hands is equal to both Abacela Tempranillo (Douglas County) and many of the finer Yamhill blends. I have often scolded myself, 'don't tell so many people, the price will go up (and it has), but I can't help myself. I'm not a narcissist, but I do believe 'my advertisement in the wine section of any store I'm shopping and when I entertain, serving 14 Hands Hot to Trot Red Blend has made regular buyers of 14 Hands products. In fact, today, when I couldn't find 14 Hands Hot to Trot on the Wine shelves, I called a manager over to see if they had any in stock. He watched me for a while as I interacted with customers (and sold several customers on purchasing 14 Hands products), he said, "If you're looking for a job as Lead Wine Sales & Management in our store, you have the job." I told him I'd accept a 1/2 time position!
14 Hands is the best! They have great wines and great events for their "Cellar 14 Club" members. Membership is free and you get a discount on all purchases. Their Hot to Trot red blend is fantastic!
Love this wine, especially the white blend. So Keith Kenison, how about a pinot noir. I find your red blend a little heavy but I do enjoy it with all my Italian favorites. I just saw an add for pinot grigio which I will have to try but what about a pinot noir?
Excellent wine. My husband and I were at Outback Steak house and this wine was listed and was less expensive than other wines on the list. We were so pleased with the selection. It has a great flavor and very smooth wine. No bitter taste. The next day we went out and found it at our local store. We are now stocked with 14 Hands!
