  • This wonderful museum is on the lovely campus of Princeton University. There is nearby parking at the Princeton Train station with a free shuttle bus. Check the website for directions.  more »
  • This is an art museum well worth visiting. There are so many works that are impressive either because of the fame of the artist or the age of the work. But my favorite was the painting of George Washi...  more »
  • Fascinating museum with great space and lighting. Enjoyed exhibits on our own but then a tour led by a student docent was amazing. She shared 7 of her favorite objects in the museum collection.  more »

  • Excellent weekend activity with a suggested contribution for your visit. There are new interesting exhibits every quarter. All in all a fun thing to do when visiting Princeton.
  • Being an art noob I really enjoyed how the museum was laid out with clear signs of what was where and the time period. A great collection from my perspective. Plus it was free!
  • Excellent little museum. The collection is small, but very high quality - I have been to many much larger museums that were not as good as this one.
  • Excellent permanent collection -- especially the world cultures on exhibit downstairs. Also, seen several outstanding traveling exhibitions in the front gallery. The building itself is well-designed, a very fine place to view the work.
  • The art and exhibition pieces rotate regularly (but not completely) so you can see new things even if you've been before. The downstairs had artifacts and the upstairs had paintings.
