  • First time visiting Buffalo Bill's. I came from Vegas to see a concert. I had no difficulty finding a parking space. I was greeted and assisted by the first employee I encountered. All other employees I dealt with were courteous and helpful. While waiting for the concert to start, I found a seat at the bar. The bar had live entertainment which was enjoyable. The drinks were only $4. Once it was time to take my seat for the concert, I easily found my way to the Arena. The seats were decent in size to allow for a larger body size. There was also enough leg room so that people could get past you with you having to stand up. The concert was great and the venue didn't have any issues. It was an all around good experience for me.
  • I love staying here. I get free rooms, Free concert tickets, and free fun.. I stay here all the time. I'll rather stay here and drive 45 minutes to Las Vegas than stayang in Vegas and deal with all the Crowded areas. Thank You Buffalo Bills ☺
  • I HIGHLY suggest NOT to stay here. I came in with my husband's car club . When we checked in on Friday at 11:45 pm we sat in line almost an hour. I went to check in and the guy checked us in and never asked about a second reservation that was made by the agent, not by us. When I called to make the reservation they said that we would have a king-size bed and when we got upstairs and it was 2 queens which is whatever. The front desk person told us 1249 and is was 1244. You could not read his handwriting. We went in and we got settled and went to the Denny's that was downstairs. We went to go eat and the service was good, but the food was not very good. Some lady ordered something to go and the waitress that was working to go set it on the counter and walked away. When she did so the box dropped and food went all over. The customer had to pick it up with her hands. As our trip went on we had about 200 people at this hotel and I kept seeing my friends and family how they got food poisoning. Needless to say, we will NEVER stay there again. The beds were comfy but this establishment is too cheap to have fitted sheets. If you use a flat sheet then PLEASE make sure it covers the whole bed. We also got charge $171 for a hold charge and the front desk supervisor could not tell me why. They did end up releasing the funds back to me but after having my clubs Secretary come and explain it to me. WATCH YOUR BANK STATEMENT. We will not be spending one more penny at this place ever again!
  • It was a very pleasurable experience. The staff was courteous and accommodating to all of my needs. They provided fast and efficient service. The casino was clean and the dealers were all very helpful.
  • woow what was going to be a nice weekend turned to be a big mess I'm still trying to sort out. First they ask for a deposit 38 or something, ok so far so good, we check out the next day, they say pay the bill for 112.00 its wrong, but we will take care of it tomorrow, ok fine as long as you reverse it or get it right the following day theres a big line so I leave the staff making me feel embarrassed. Low and behold I get a charge of 112, 38, and 86 dollars for one night at a 2 star hotel wow great. My bank doesn't want to help, and I get the run around from the hotel, everybody like whats the big deal just pay it, its Vagas lol
