We had the flight of 12 and we're very pleased with the diversity of their offerings. The service was excellent and very informative.
A cozy place where you can enjoy delicious meads paired with amazing food and nice music. Service is superb. Friendly bartenders that make your experience unforgettable in this "hidden" piece of heaven. L&I
Very nice mead flight. Worth the stop in downtown Prescott alone. Very cozy space below street level. The meadery kitchen and story are fascinating. Zero gluten in any of their craft beverages. Also offer tasty bites with gluten free options. Worth a stop.
My wife and I patronize Superstition Meadery each time we visit Prescott. The first time was by pure accident when we saw their sign on the sidewalk of Gurley Street. I love mead and couldn't believe Prescott had a meadery of their own. It was early afternoon so when we descended the stairs into the bar it was dead with only a lone bartender manning the place. The overall atmosphere is dim and quaint and would make an excellent location for a few romantic drinks to start or end a date night. We sat at the bar and were given a history of the meadery and a rundown of what they offered. We ordered a flight and sampled what they had to offer and found most of them fantastic. We ended up loving the Marion Mead, purchased a bottle and vowed to return the next time we visited. Our next visit was on a Saturday evening and the bar was relatively busy with a decent number of the tables filled and a DJ playing music giving it a much more active and entertaining atmosphere. We had a few glasses of mead and enjoyed ourselves immensely again. We will undoubtedly return each time we visit town.
Absolutely loved this place and consider it Prescott's hidden gem. Ordered the full flight of all the mead options along with two ciders. Every one of the meads had a completely different flavor, but delicious in their own way. Oddly enough, I ended up falling in love with their Pillars of Creation cider, and was disappointed they aren't sold in bottles. I very highly suggest checking it out.
Very laid back friendly place. The full Mead tasting was enjoyable. I would recommend.
