Try a dive in movie night. It's a day and night full of fun. The variety of rides is good. Zoo membership will save on parking and getting in. Pack a cooler of food and park it while having fun and th... read more »
It did not seem as if there were enough slides and other things to do to warrant the $34 price tag plus $10 parking. The lines were long and slow even though the park was no where near filled to capac... read more »
This park offers zoom passed where you get to skip the line. This made the lines really long for people that didn't purchase the zoom passes. For the water slides the workers did every other line and ... read more »
My son really enjoyed it! Food prices are reasonable, the water was wet. The sun was real hot, and I got a sunburn.. Maybe enclose the entire park in a nice, sun-proof dome?
I used to really like this place, in fact had bought season passes for the whole family most years. These days, feel like I am nickeled and dimes and shook down. To take a family of two adults and two little kids, it is over $120 just to get in, and plus $10 now to park. Then add to the fact that unless wait in line for like an hour(no joke) for a water slide, you need to buy a zoom pass. But not just any zoom pass, a premium, even more uncharged zoom pass. I decided not to buy it for us all, that would have added another $95 to the cost(at @23/person) . So I took my soon on the sound surfer and saw one guy literally ride three times in the time it took for us to just get up to the top platform. Have to re-evalute if I really want to spend $250 for a day at the local waterpark.
The kids have SOOO much fun! The Wave Pool and Lazy River are our favs... There is something for EVERY age. It's agrwat family oriented place. Love, love, LOVE it!
We get an annual gold pass to the zoo and zoombezi bay. I have a leg injury so really can't enjoy like my kids can, but they love the rides there. Jungle jacks usually has no lines plus with the gold pass this year you can feed the stingrays. Another bonus, the 4d theater we haven't even checked out yet. Our summer is packed full of fun with so many things to do at this zoo and waterpark. Only downside is wait times on waterrides, you have to get a zoom pass if you don't want to wait 2 hours for a ride. Oh, and disability parking, there is not enough.
The park was very clean and it had some great water slides that's worth riding on a hot summer day. The ZoomPass ride reservation system is also avaliable to skip long lines and it's a must-need for busier days. However, the things you need to buy at the park are bit pricy (especially with extra charges) and customer service is very hit and miss. If you want to spend less, I would recommend maybe going on a full day during Mon. - Fri. instead of a half day or on a weekend.
