  • Excellent park for families. There are several great buildings and picnic areas that can be reserved for parties and events. The Saturday Farmer's Market is one of the better (and bigger) ones around, with vendors selling produce, meat, various sauces, etc. There have also been more food booths recently. Kids love to ride on the Poway Railroad, especially the Steam Locomotive and restored San Francisco cable car.
  • I love this little park. Been going here for photoshoots for years now. There is a train that runs on the weekends and a large grassy area. The Hamburger Factory is basically in the park and has very good food. The park is also filled with pokestops and Ingress portals. Great little place with a vintage look and feel.
  • Farmers Market mornings are well attended. The train rides are very affordable. My kids enjoy it every time. Check their website to determine which train is running. Shaded areas are perfect gathering places for picnics. Parking options include adjacent lots and residential streets.
  • Great Park with lots of open space and train rides for the kids! We had my daughters birthday here at a reserved picnic are and it worked out great!
  • Beautiful park. The local Poway Farmer's Market is nearby on weekends. It is also a great place for a wedding or other event under the gazebo.
