  • We took our 2 granddaughters aged 11 and 9 to the museum. While some of the areas were for younger children, 3 hours cheerfully occupied their time. There are many fun educational opportunities here.  more »

  • The parking was a little confusing for me as a first time visitor but the staff was very helpful. My son (age 4) loved it here. We will definitely be back again with his brother when school is out.
  • Nice place to let the kids run and experiment with the many educational exhibits. Wish the door security was better equipped to insure your child only leaves with you.
  • Hudson Valley is very fortunate to have such an amazing place for children. I have seen the journey of the museum since 2009, and let me tell you - it keeps on getting better. They did a complete make-over several years ago: building renovations and new exhibits, more focused on hands-on explorations and thinking skills. I love that their exhibits do not have clear directions - often the only limit is your kids' imagination. They also removed all electronic-based activities, e.g. computer screens of any kind - and I love it! It's truly a breath of fresh air for this day and age. We have have a membership since my oldest was one year old, and we will continue to renew every year, now at a premium level, that comes with extra perks. The membership pays off quickly, but most importantly we see it as an investment in our children's cognitive and emotional development. Keep up a great work, and from our whole family - thank you.
  • Great location right on the Hudson. The multi-floor museum has a number of very engaging exhibits that keep kids busy and entertained. I would love to see more STEM exhibits included.
  • nice area for Network Meetings in the evening. And great place for kids under 6. For Kids over 6 the offer is very limited
