  • We've been visiting local breweries and collecting growlers for the past year or so. Just about 1 1/2 hours from our home, Yuengling Brewery was on our list to visit. This tour was fun and the locatio...  read more »
  • The tour is really interesting and fun. The tasting is very generous. The gift shop is very good. And it is free. A must visit. Only negative is hard to park and no production running on weekends.
  • What a great way to spend a rainy Friday. Be sure to have closed shoes lots of slippery spots on the tour. You get to walk thru the caves bottling facility and try 2 beers in the bar/old ice cream sto...  read more »
  • Very fun tour, lots of interesting information. friendly staff and nice gift shop. I went when the plant was running do we got to see production, reminded me of Laverne and Shirley. Free sample at the end, the young ones get a delicious birch beer...Must see when visiting Schuylkill County.
  • This was a fun brewery tour. It's free, too! With two free beer samples at the end! You got to see everything: history of the brewery, and the entire process, as well as the cold storage caves. Definitely worth it!
  • Vickie was just the best tour guide! It's just so great to see History still working to this day! Yuengling is the BEST BEER EVER!! Their Ice cream is very good too. My wife found it and gave it to me for my Birthday. Thanks again, George Chauncey (Glen Burnie,Md)
  • I loved the tour of the old brewery. The old tunnels under the building were great. Good stories of prohibition and other old history. I loved the story of how the porter beer was used as medicinal for pregnant women so they were allowed to continue making it. You got to sample two beers, but our group was large and we left after only one.
  • Went on the tour a few years ago. Very informative. Lots of cool merchandise in the gift shop too.
