  • The tour here is lots of fun. I really enjoyed the stories about Prohibition and the free beers at the end.
  • The tour was very nice however we heard from other tour goers and the tour guide that it has been scaled back. Sadly someone on a tour recently touched something they shouldn't have and a batch of bee...  more »

  • Very fun tour, lots of interesting information. friendly staff and nice gift shop. I went when the plant was running do we got to see production, reminded me of Laverne and Shirley. Free sample at the end, the young ones get a delicious birch beer...Must see when visiting Schuylkill County.
  • Great tour and info. Generous sized 2 samples.
  • Vickie was just the best tour guide! It's just so great to see History still working to this day! Yuengling is the BEST BEER EVER!! Their Ice cream is very good too. My wife found it and gave it to me for my Birthday. Thanks again, George Chauncey (Glen Burnie,Md)
  • This was a fun brewery tour. It's free, too! With two free beer samples at the end! You got to see everything: history of the brewery, and the entire process, as well as the cold storage caves. Definitely worth it!
  • I loved the tour of the old brewery. The old tunnels under the building were great. Good stories of prohibition and other old history. I loved the story of how the porter beer was used as medicinal for pregnant women so they were allowed to continue making it. You got to sample two beers, but our group was large and we left after only one.
