  • I think it’s Thursday’s that the organist plays in the roller rink. It’s so fun to skate to the music! Also, the park is so fun during the day! You have to go!  more »

  • My kids really like this place. The roller rink is open year round, and the outdoor amusement park is open in the warm months. The roller rink has three separate skate floors. The main oval one we're all familiar with. The long straight section on the side is great for learners and practice, and it includes a small section with handrails the the real beginners can get their bearings in as they go around its small route (The rails are sized for children). Behind the main floor, there is a wavy floor which runs the length of the back wall. This provides all sorts of fun. The extra floors are a little more rough than the main floor, and as a parent I was allowed to help my kids over there in my street shoes. This was great for me as unless you are super pro, helping your young kids while you are on skates can wind up in a painful pile-up on the floor. Ask me how I know. :) The amusement park is definitely fun, and they have rides for all ages. I recommend the wrist bands as the most sensible way to enjoy the day, and it includes roller skating.
  • I used to love oaks park with a passion. It was my all time favorite place to go that was local. I spent 5 or 6 birthdays growing up at Oaks Park. However, it really sucks how much the prices have been raised. I can pay 25 bucks to get into Wild Waves and they have like almost triple the amount of rides. And it’s a short drive.
  • It's hard work is good for little kids, but there's not a lot of shade there period in the summertime it's hot and not a lot of places out of the Sun. It's small kind of like family time in a small town. The great for a company picnic Maybe or maybe a family reunion. But for older teenagers of or adults they don't really have things to feel for all those needs. Beer festivals near crowded overstocked if people and just not really got comfortable place to be. I think they give it a heck of a try and they try to improve it every year.
  • We had a great time! They have a decent selection of rides and their prices are what you would expect at any amusement park. Nice staff also. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because my two favorite rides were shut down for the day😞
  • I love this place! Lots of fun things to do and inexpensive! The only reason I didn't give five stars of because the old roller rink has seen better days and I wish there were more food vendors. But the carnival itself is just a blast!
