  • Yeah, yeah. This is where it's at. I get it. Still, when my teen (who STILL hovers between child and adult sizing) wanders in and is treated with respect, I fall a little bit in love! Yesterday's sale...  read more »
  • Bought a few pair of jogging shorts today. The staff who attended to me was patient, helpful and courteous. Well, there might be other outlets that offer products with a cheaper price, but the shorts ...  read more »

  • Wonderful store with all the newest and best Nike products. The store is clean and the new bike town bike racks are located right outside.
  • I did Valet in downtown Portland for a while. When the Dutch Nike reps come into town we parked their cars. My mother is from Holland so that makes me half Dutch. When I go to Holland I respect the cutler there. Here in the States part of our culture is to tip Valet and others in the service industry. I hope the NL reps will show more respect to our culture in the future by learning to tip where appropriate. Dank je!
  • Definitely a nice layout, so you do not feel overwhelmed when you walk in the store. I did like that. However, I stood there for awhile by the shoe department needing help, and absolutely nobody acknowledged me. When I say that, I mean they didn't even look at me. I'm only 5'1", so maybe I am too small! They were somewhat busy, so I understand to some extent, but nobody even said they could help in a minute. And I was wearing Nike shoes and Nike running capris... . neither of which was cheap. Obviously I was in there to buy something, not just browse. As a matter of fact, all I needed was someone to grab me the exact shoes I was wearing. It could have even happened when they went on the back to help someone else. But- nobody asked. And.... the selection of women's clothing was pretty bad. A couple types of capris, a couple of types of shorts, and some running shirts, which were okay. I know I sound like a whiner, but I do expect better customer service if I am planning on walking in and spending 200 dollars for just two items. I just walked out after about ten minutes, came home, and wrote this review.
  • Great experience. Everyone there was super friendly in helping me find a workout shoe. They even have a treadmill to analyze your run to find the best shoe and help you run better.
  • The staff is very kind and is very good at engaging/continuing with customers. They give good recommendations for shoes. The building is a modern warehouse turned into a beautiful Nike Retail Store.
