  • The remodel is really transforming Lloyd Center into a nice mall. Downside is, there are a lot of vacancies and construction is still ongoing. Hopefully they'll finish soon and have a beautiful mall again.
  • I'm not really a fan of going to mall. Half of the people that go here are Super ghetto full of drama. The only reason I would go is if I absolutely had to.
  • Most ill- mannered trash you'll ever find in Portland metro come to this mall. Nothing but degenerate ghetto retards. Even the security is trash. I told the mexican security guy twice about some Negroid kid playing extremely loud music on a stereo in his backpack, AS THE KID WAS WALKING PAST US. The security guy said nothing to the kid, and told me that they were waiting for the cops. Well, I had been a security officer before, myself. And I can assure anyone that until the police arrive, the security officer(s) must detain the person if the person won't leave. They had handcuffs. So they should have done so. And mexican illegal immigrants swarm this place at night, staring with their glazed- over and beady little eyes at anybody Caucasian. This is not a mall. It literally is a zoo.
  • As of September 2016, there is a lot of construction as they try to revamp the mall to attract customers. A notable number of store fronts are vacant and foot traffic is light other than to the food court. There are two major anchor stores, Macy's and Sears. Sears and Macy's have been closing many low performing stores around the country and if they both pull out, Lloyd center may be doomed as has happened in many other malls. The vicinity around the mall has occasional homeless people which doesn't help things. I have my doubts as to rather the redevelopment effort is going to bring in the level and type of traffic they are hoping for.
  • They're shrinking the ice rink. The food court is basically chinese, japanese, chinese, more chinese, and chinese pretending to be bbq. And why so many shootings?
