  • Awesome water park built in an old granite quarry. Strenuous Exhilaration is my best two word discription. Climbing, jumping, swimming, zip line into the water from 60 feet. Cliff jumping, inflatable ...  read more »
  • We had a great time, do not get me wrong but this place seriously needs a wake up call. There was garbage including glass EVERYWHERE! I pulled out 4 plastic bags and a soda bottle from the lake while ...  read more »
  • We went to Brownstone exploration with some family and friends. It was a long drive from homes in Massachusetts. When we got there we were parked under a bridge overpass and we took a shuttle to the f...  read more »
  • Very fun! Barely any lines and it was very cheap. Very laid back staff let us do pretty much anythin we wanted to do. They were nice and not annoying. Water was clear and was refreshing to swim in. They were so many rides to choose from and you could do as many as you wanted to. I got there as soon as they opened up and left when they closed so it was a full day thing. Very very fun and I will be coming back!
  • My experience at Brownstone Park is always extremely awesome. My husband and I come here more than 5 times in the summer. It's defenetly a great place for couples, family and friends. You will leave with a smile. This year 2016, the park has provided brand new safety life jackets! They are constantly cleaning the bathrooms. They also have new water trampolines. The best time to come and enjoy is on a weekday and if you come on a weekend it's best to come early. The place is so big it does not feel crowded. Me encanta!!I Luv It!!! Staff are great. We will defenetly come back, even though we have lost our go pro in the bottom of the lake, we have reported it to the lost and found.Hopefully an awesome scuba diver will find it and the park can return it me!!!! • I'm not sure we all visited the same place.... Reading some of the "positive" reviews has me extremely confused. I went to Brownstone Park in CT this weekend (7/24/16). This place is horrible! While it does look nice at a distance, it is NOTHING like the websites exclaims it is. No real order of operation here. Its every man for themselves in the water, which is extremely UNSAFE! The life guards are doing little to NOTHING the help the safety situation. The area that is designated for children under 100lbs is also unsafe. My 4 years old son got suck in between two of their floats and I had to climb up to help him out of it. Once I climbed up the life guard yelled at me to say I can't go on the children's' ride. But she didn't bother to help my son! This place was over crowded and ghetto!! I left after being there for only 40 minutes. The lines for the zip lining and cliff jumping where 2 hours long, that's what we where told by the lifeguard when we asked. I wouldn't even go there if it was free! Terrible experience.
  • I can see why this place can be a fun place to go to with family BUT I will say I had an unpleasant experience when going. I chose to do the rock climbing but went for climbing the ladder instead which is right next to it since I figured it would be easier. After waiting such a long time finally was my turn to go and I got strapped with the safety harness and up I went immediately I felt the harness was weighing me down I asked the employee if that was normal he answered "yup" so I kept going half way I freaked out my feet were hurting from the ladder since most of us are barefoot and I just felt that for some reason something wasn't fastened properly because there's no way that harness should've felt so heavy my arms were hurting from the strength I had to do to climb up I was so scared and felt I couldn't keep on I didn't know how I would even come back down so I just went up and finished it but I panicked bad while up there. I knew there had to be something wrong because there were kids going up this ladder. I'm 26 years old and not weak in any way there's no way a 10 year old could have carried the weight of that harness maybe it was too tight on the cable when it was my turn I don't know !. The staff here cares very little for the people who come here previous to this we did the wakeboard and God forbid the guy even have a hint to how we should position our selves all he did was sit there and press button no communication with the visitors who have paid $45 for an entrance! Employees are dry like a piece of toast..
  • Great place to go for a last minute decision if need to be. Able to take your own coolers and food, but they also have a outside grill and seating. Zip line's were worth my while and great view if the rocky cliff sides
