  • I can't believe it took me so long to finally get to Air Zoo! It's awesome for kids as well as adults, and the flight simulator is even enough to impress the most discerning of teens. While the exhibi...  more »

  • This was a fun time for everyone in the family, a mixture of plane history and amusement park. Clean, friendly and good value. Highly recommend it!  more »

  • My parents just recently moved back to Michigan and my kids and I are up here visiting. We had originally planned on going to Greenfield Village today but seen it was calling for rain. I got online to try to find something else for us to do and found the Air Zoo. Even though it was almost a two hour drive for us it was definitely worth it! My kids are obsessed with airplanes. We live in Ohio in the country and don't see airplanes like we do at my parents who lives very close to Metro Airport. All day yesterday all we heard from my daughter was "I want to ride on the plane." The Air Zoo couldn't have been more perfect for my two kids. Even the prices of admissions was reasonable. General admissions for adults- $15 and both my kids got in free since they were under 5. The staff was very friendly, the whole place was clean and most importantly my kids had a BLAST! The first thing my daughter said as soon as she seen my dad was "I finally got to ride a plane!" We're planning a trip back already. We were there for about 5 hours and still wasn't able to see everything.
  • Really cool place, I am pilot and thought this place was awesome to walk around. I enjoyed the 4D movie while my wife and kids did the rides they have. It was nice they had rides to entertain the kids while I walked around and enjoyed the history. I'm hoping I'll have time to go back here one day.
  • Do NOT miss! My family and I were absolutely blown away. There are a flight simulators included with the price of admission. There are tons of static displays, but also tons of things that kids can ride & do to keep their interest. Everything from basic Newtonian Physics explanations to electrical engineering introductions for Ages 3+. Active duty and Veterans 50% off Price of admission.
  • The collection of planes and other historical aviation items at the Air Zoo is truly impressive. Our kids, ranging from 1 to 9, enjoyed it very much. While we had a great time, there is room for improvement as a museum. The planes and other attractions are laid out rather haphazardly, so it's difficult to know where to go next and how the planes are related. Much of the infomation is very basic and presented uninterestingly. But the displays that do have information and stories are very well done. Overall: You can easily spend a whole, enjoyable day at the Air Zoo, but for the price tag I expected a bit more.
  • I've taken my son to the Airzoo two times now and we've both loved it. I don't know who enjoys it more, me or him. Extremely educational, and easy to navigate. There are exhibits literally for every age group. I recommend it to any of my friends who have even a slight interest in aviation.
