  • So lots of songbirds squirrels and turtles did not see any Alligators for waterfowl today. Trail has been cleared of damage from Hurricane Matthew they lost a lot of trees.

  • Glad we went, easy and great place. Great egret with nestlings, anhinga aplenty, wood duck, black-crowned night heron, warblers and frogs singing. early morn, ~0730, 20160507
  • Everyone must experience at least once, wetlands in the middle of town with wildlife, turtles, gators, and a variety of birds. Shaded trails and boardwalks cut through the wetlands for a nice walk to break up the day!
  • We enjoy walking this trail and seeing the wildlife!
  • Nice walk. It's a swamp
  • Hidden treasure for those who enjoy wildlife. If you are into birds or reptiles this is a must see. The board walk allows close viewing and safety for kids.
