  • Looks like a great place to bring the family. We did 8 kids and 2 adults. We all went on the go karts and had a good time. The only problem is we paid for 8 laps and got 5 or 6 depending who was driving. We said some thing to the person working. He no you got your laps in and sent us on our way. So if you go do your 4 laps and get back in line and do it again. We felt rip off and will not be back
  • Melvin, the owner, was great! The go carts were great and even though the putt putt course (18 holes) is older and is being remodeled soon, it was a load of fun. We didn't try out the batting range, but tons of other people were and looked to be really enjoying it. I recommend Go-Kart City for people of all ages!
  • If wouldn't go so far as to even give one star of that were an option. We hit at the batting cages and didn't even get a full round in before the pitching machine messed up. They have separate coins for the batting cages and tickets for the go karts. We wanted to exchange our tokens for tickets to ride the go karts since the pitching machines were messed up. We were told by both employees that they are unable to do a refund or exchange. I even asked if they would make a exception since the pitching machines weren't working. They again told me no, but we could keep our coins and use them again another day. We then explained were only here for one more day on vacation. This was the worst form of "customer service" we have ever received. We will NOT be coming back. I would suggest taking my business else where.
  • This place has turned itself around! Reasonable prices, the put-put is awesome and most importantly, the staff cares! Great place for a first date or family fun for all ages....
  • Pitching machines are terrible. Of the 12 balls, 8 were even close to the plate and the 8 that were close to the plate were as high as my daughter's head. (She is 5'5") When asked for help we were told "I don't know how to fix that." There are 4 softball cages and two were locked up tight. (Apparently 2 are broken) We were stuck with the 20 mph cages rather than the 40mph. We're visiting from VA. Should've left the softball bags at home. Yes, it's only 5 bucks but for that, the ball should be in range to hit. Also, I think the people taking my money should tell their customers that certain cages aren't working. I would've kept my money.
