Crane Lakes is not a long course but the course is immaculate. There was a drought in Florida but the fairways were green well covered with grass and the greens in my opinion are the best in the area....  more »

Outstanding food and service and very reasonably priced. The wait staff was very friendly and although it is a gated community, just tell the guard you are eating at the clubhouse.  more »

Course was in great shape, friendly people. That being said course needs to produce a course guide. There is a lot of hidden water hazards where it juts into fairways with no way of knowing how far away they are. Nothing on the score card gives any direction at all. I am a PGA event coordinator and cannot recommend this course until such time as a course guide of some kind is produced. ,

The Crane Lakes golf course is in great condition. This is a smaller coarse that has plenty of water.

Do not be fooled by the par of 66 and the total yardage of 5,186. This course will challenge your game in every way. The entire course was renovated in 2014 and consistently has the best greens in the area. Overall course conditions are fantastic. If your really looking for a challenge step back to the Black Tees and play the tees used for the annual Crane Lakes Invitational which attracts some of the best "mini" tour players in the country. .
