  • We always enjoy visiting this lighthouse and exploring the grounds and the old United States Life Savers Service quarters. The park next to the grounds is nice too. There is a sandy beach shoreline to explore and lots to choose from in the museum shop.
  • Was fun place to visit and you can go swimming right afterwards, as its on the beach.
  • Day One of our world wind tour of Pure Michigan's Light Houses, this one was the kickoff, perfect morning and a exceptional of Great Lakes Lighthouses ."Inside my Empty Bottle I was Constructing a lighthouse while all the others were constructing ships"
  • What a beautiful spot. The lake side and the river side are both great.
  • The tour guide was awesome. Very knowledgeable. We have pictures and plenty of time to view from the top.
