  • You never know what to expect at the border. But this crossing has generally been the best for me. Since I got a Nexus card it's been even better. I went over on Dec 27th, and the line-up was LONG, un...  more »
  • Obviously it is the easiest way to cross into Canada...perhaps for a quick lunch downtown Sarnia. However, if you've forgotten your passport, you can hang out below, at the water's edge, and enjoy you...  more »
  • I love to sit and watch the boats and ships go by while sitting under the bridge --- tons of french fry options here if this is your thing. Parking can be hard to find as it is so busy on nice days.  more »

  • The bridge joins Sarnia, Ontario Canada with Port Huron, Michigan USA. You can't really give the bridge stars. This bridge constantly changes depending on the day of the week, what time it is and whether or not either side is having a holiday. Just have your money and passport ready and things move steadily. The people at the bridge are great at processing people through. If they have an issue they move you to secondary. That way you are not holding up the line. I have never worked at the bridge but I have crossed it for 60 years. My grandma was American and my grandfather was Canadian. I have crossed with my children and grandchildren. Yes, I shop both sides.
  • An easy way into USA. rates currently are $4 per car. Tokens were easier to pay with. Gets very busy as the weather gets warmer. Easier to travel during the late night or early early morning.
  • A beautiful bridge that connects the US with Canada. It's got huge, panoramic scenery. The left lane is trucks, center is Nexus only, and right is cars. After you get past the bridge it widens up for lines for customs. If it's your first time going across the bridge you won't be disappointed with its amazing and breathtaking views.
  • I always use this bridge when leaving Detroit heading home. I like the view and ease of access. Tends to be way hectic though even at nights. Officers are nice too. Don't recall having issues here, I like it...
  • This place is from my hometown. It is beautiful here and a relaxing destination with many options. I loved going and sitting to eat some fries or getting a cone from Alberts. The truvk fries are absolutely sinful.
