  • The museum has pictures of Seabees at work. It has all the emblems for the different battalions that have existed on base. A great place to learn the history of the Seabees.
  • A huge organization responsible for logistical support and transportation construction of a U.S. military facility in the world and maintained, and invasion is not well known in Japan, is a United States Naval Corps. It is supported from the back around the bases in the Pacific Theater during World War II Organization, located about 100 km northwest of Los Angeles, WinME naval base. Serves as a logistics base currently has extensive grounds, private Harbour and railway. Museum of naval engineers attached to the WinME base is a Sea Bee Museum. The Museum is open to the public from the "sunkist gate" of the base, without a special procedure to visit free of charge. It is a valuable facility to understand part of the exhibition of fancy weaponry are almost no military museum military strength to support logistics organization. Los Angeles City can be accessed by car in about an hour and a half, so did see aircraft and ships of the West Coast visit. In addition, because the displayed captured weapons in the battle of Europe as well as on the West Coast, is a must.

  • This is a pleasant little gem that we weren't expecting. The museum itself is very interesting as I had no idea what the Seabees are or what they do. In fact, I had never even heard of them prior to my visit. The part the kids LoVeD (and me too) was the STEM section where they had a number of different hands on displays where you can build bridges, circuits, and a whole bunch of other things. Everyone had a great time. Really is a great place to take the family.
  • i like this exalent museum its is fun for kids and adults. it says about veterans who died and has a section for kids the best part is that its free
  • State of the art museum with educational exhibits, historic relics and an interactive play area for children in the STEM center. Large, but not overwhelming. This place is a must visit if you are in Ventura County. And best of all.... it's free.
  • Well worth a visit!
  • I enjoy the new museum and all the updated service material......just outstanding!
