Catawba Island Brewing Company, Port Clinton

Open, inviting layout. 10 beers on tap today with 12 taps possible. There a nice variety to choose from. Nothing stood out as amazing, but they were drinkable. They offer flights of 4. They also serve wines and cocktails. There's a large outdoor area with some games like Cornhole and darts available. The bartender on duty was friendly. There's even a refresh station in the bathrooms with things like lotions, sunscreens, mouthwash, and deodorants. Lastly, I like their logo. No complaints here.

There are two breweries on or near Catawba Is. It's no secret that the beer coming out of Catawba Island Brewing Co is far superior to the other place. They also have a decent bourbon selection. Keep up the good work!

Kudos to the staff on thier customer service. I had part of a six that had fermentation issues back in late 2020. This was my most recent trip back from Georgia to visit family in Sandusky. Long story short they made good on the bad batch and then some. Again much thanks to the staff on thier service efforts, see you'll next year.

Great spot to kick back and relax with some good company while having a drink. I have been coming here for years and never have had a bad experience. They are dog friendly too! Summer time is the best because they have a spacious outdoor space with a few yard games to play. They do have food trucks in the summer, and believe they allow food to be brought in.

Stopped in for a quick beer over the weekend, and had to give this place 5 stars just for the service alone. I wish I caught the bartender's name on Saturday evening, but she was so friendly and hospitable, even helped us try out some new styles that we've never had before. It was also great to find their pumpkin ale still available-I get sick of Christmas Ales very easily! Can't wait to stop by again in the summertime and have some fun.
