  • Ok lies pond has a new anomoloe this year, hundreds of sea birds. Egrets and pelicans, pink duck billed, And other, not sure why. An odd anomoloe . I surmise the pelicans ran from something carniverous, as f2fthey force the large gator out of the pond but not the baby gators. She had been pecked. Pelicans are tightly grouped, not normal behavior. You can see fear in them, as they are jumpy and stay clear of larger beings. Flighty as well, a small contingent flies over to the other side, the whole pack auickly folliws
  • Beautifully done with bridges and a very long scenic walking trail around the watershed/pond area. Safe clean park full of nature and a few alligators here and there.
  • Great place for wildlife watching. A good diversity of birds frequent the pond, a couple gators and tortoise
  • Didn't get to walk the whole trail as it was to hot and the trees do not give coverage over the pathway. There seemed to be quite a few birds to watch and I give it another try on a cooler day.
  • 60 white pelicans there last week t but if County or state keep spraying with glyphosate (Roundup) there soon will be nothing left less every year
