We had a great day there with our toddler. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I thought the prices were reasonable and it wasn't overcrowded. more »
Park average. No control of wild children. Biggest problem was the raw feces and tj3 smell of urin in the mens and women's bathrooms. We were there at 11 when they opened and immediately said somethin... more »
It's not big but is a great local area water park. It has 4 slides. 2 of them you don't need a tube and you need to be 48" or taller. Other 2 you need tube. Anyone under 48" goes with adult down those... more »
First time going as was far from impressed. After my youngest daughter had already gone down the slides multiple times, I was told she needed a life jacket. I asked a lifeguard where I could get one. He grabbed one for me and said here. It was ripped and missing the flotation. I took the life jacket and turned it in up front. The lady I spoke with told me I could just go get one that was laying on the ground. The next 2 I picked up where also ripped open. Not impressed. I asked for a manager to speak with but never got to speak with the manager. Another life guard was instructed to go get new life jackets out of storage. While on the lazy river I never once saw a life guard on the backside between the river and the slides. Serious need to have someone there to watch for issues. The life guards in the pool at the slides never moved. Multiple times people would go under and the life guards offered no assistance. Not sure who inspects water parks for safety related issues but this park needs to be inspected.
Won't be going back. We went for the first time and wasn't impressed. They have 4 slides, a lazy river, and a zero entry water area that leads to the lazy river. That's it. The life vests were awful! Dry rot, flotation foam missing from large sections of the vests, torn and or holes. After going down the slides multiple times we were then told that our 7 year old needed to have a life vest. My husband asked where we could get her one. The life guard wasn't sure and just motioned for us to just use whatever we found laying around. He then spotted one that had been tossed over the rope and handed it to my husband for our daughter. It was beyond usable. My husband addressed the life vests condition to customer service and wasn't treated with any concern about the safety of the vests. The customer service was horrible. We went to buy some (over priced) drinks and mid ordering the girl taking our order just walked away and was gone for a significant period of time. She didn't excuse herself. The life guards weren't attentive. They were talking to each other or carrying on with the people in the water. Safety was not their top concern! Absolutely unacceptable!!
My son loves this place. I however do not. It's way too expensive for it's size. Don't get me wrong it's a decent way to spend a day but it's just too small for the crowd it attracts. By far the worst part is the concession stand. It takes forever to get your food. You need to commit at least 30 minutes to standing in line to order and then waiting in a separate line to get your food.
First time coming here but will never come again. Sold me locker that we didn't need. So, i understand no refund policy. They should have park credits. Ants on chairs crawling up my legs...it call ( Pest Control).
Have been every summer with my children. This year was a bit disappointing. The staff at the concession stand was quite rude. While standing in line for over 15 min already the girl working our window just closed (closed the window and left) with a full line ! Never said anything just left. Myself and 4 other families moved to another line. Then waited 10 more min in a new line ordered and they said it would be 10 min for my food spent almost an hour for a pretzel and piece of pizza for my kids. Nobody was apologetic quite rude actually. Very disappointing. Tried speaking with a manager they seemed to not care.
