  • Was there weekend of 11-8-16 and must have passed twenty cars on the skinny deteriorating dirt road out to trail head. Once we got out there must have been 100 cars or more parked in every nook and cr...  read more »
  • Just getting to the trailhead could be daunting. We traveled in an F250 and found the four wheel drive helpful, but not entirely necessary going up the dirt/gravel road as it wound up the ridge. The a...  read more »
  • Husband & I took this approx.3 mile round trip trek through beautiful wooded, rocky terrain. Only met four others on trail, so we almost had the place to ourselves. The 6 mile dirt road is hard to spo...  read more »
  • We went on a rainy afternoon, trail wasn't hard to follow, however slick in places which is to be expected. The entire trail is beautiful thears always something to catch your eye. Once you reach the top, it's absolutely amazing, breathtaking. My husband and I will definitely be returning. Pictures that I took are beautiful as I posted one of mine.
  • I've hiked here twice. Both times were very crowded. But, it's worth it. There is a good trail to follow that is well marked. It is very scenic once you reach the bluffs.
  • Exciting hike (moderate difficulty, but not bad at all), sunrise and sunset are absolutely beautiful. Not crowded although we went in late October and on a cold rainy night/ morning. Beginning of the drive onto hwy 5 (dirt/ gravel road) can be treacherous as it is steep in spots, but I saw some sedans parked near the trailhead so you might be able to get away without a high clearance/ 4x4 as long the road is dry. Beyond worth the hike, one of the more beautiful spots I've seen. Don't stray from the trails!
  • I'm sure this place would have been amazing if we had made it to the point! The trail seemed easy enough but was not marked at all. My boyfriend and I made it to the creek about 15 minutes in, and then lost the trail completely. We searched for half an hour trying to figure it out then finally gave up, deciding we'd rather not get ourselves lost. We were there at 7am on a Thursday and didn't see a soul. Very disappointed :(
  • This place is stunning. The trail is fairly easy. The view is pristine.
