  • This is a great way to spend a couple of hours and get some good exercise while taking in great beauty, but I'll relay a few things I didn't know until I got there. 1. No cost to hike this trail as it...  more »
  • We had a wonderful time here! We went the first weekend in November and the leaves were beautiful! The hike itself is about 3 miles round trip and moderately difficult. It's mostly downhill to get to ...  more »
  • Wow! Views are beautiful! We got to the trailhead around 7am and made it to the crag in time to see the sun rising behind the mountains. There were already a lot of people there. Be sure to stop at al...  more »

  • Great hike! Incredible view. Physical hike. Take plenty of water take breaks and wear appropriate footwear. About an hour to cliff take it serious don't horse around it's a great spot for photos but it's also dangerous. Trail is rocky and lots of tree roots. Road to trail is 6 mikes of rough dirt road off 43
  • We went on a rainy afternoon, trail wasn't hard to follow, however slick in places which is to be expected. The entire trail is beautiful thears always something to catch your eye. Once you reach the top, it's absolutely amazing, breathtaking. My husband and I will definitely be returning. Pictures that I took are beautiful as I posted one of mine.
  • Great in and out hike that you can take kids and pets on but be careful with the drop-offs around the outcroppings. No major uphill/downhills. Parking lot was fairly full and there were a lot of people on trail so obviously a popular hike. It downpoured during my hike and while taking refuge under an outcropping, came in contact with poison ivy so be careful for that.
  • Nice hike! We went during the week and only ran into a few people. Nothing too steep. Great views at the end!
  • Trail was great. We carried our kids, and it was easy. Very busy. I wanted to go on the crag and take in the views from the edge but people were picnicking on the crag and there was no room to even walk on it. We waited for almost 45 mins to walk on the crag and get a photo but nobody got up or was finished with their lunch. It was pretty terrible. Crag looked pretty from afar, but too many people.
