  • Outside pools were a bit too cool for winter weather. Changing rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly.
  • Nearly 100 years of serving the public at the locals' favorite lodge and restaurant. Enjoy the authentic rustic atmosphere, good food, and friendly service. Try the bacon bleu burger. Great. Don't be ...  more »
  • My mother and I had 2 separate rooms in the lodge. The walls are so paper thin we could have a conversation with each other in our separate rooms in our normal voices. There are no locks on the doors ...  more »

  • This place is absolutely picturesque, SO beautiful, and so peaceful! The staff are awesome. We ran low on gas in our truck, the last day we were there. As there are no gas stations anywhere nearby, and no cell reception, we were a little nervous. But one of the awesome guys (I think his name was Burt?) gave us a few gallons of gas to get us out of there safely. The hot springs are awesome, the food is awesome, the cabins are awesome! No plumbing in the cabins, so be prepared to use an outhouse. Great experience, all around!!!!
  • Fun down to earth hot spring. We just came for a soak this winter and it was lots of fun.
  • Nice and relaxing
  • I grew up in the awesome community of Dillon, and my dad ensured my family explored the mountain ranges and valleys of southwest Montana each weekend. If we weren’t out gathering firewood, we were camping, digging for the “big ones” at Crystal Park, or visiting Elkhorn Hot Springs. Most of us have a special memory of a magical place, a place we dreamed about going to again once we come back home. Elkhorn Hot Springs near Dillon is my charming getaway, and today I bring my own loved ones there to enjoy it the way I remember. On a cold or hot day, the hot springs is refreshing. The ice cream is tantalizing. The cabins are adorable, rustic and inviting. The lodge is a special place…sign the guest log and feel like part of an extended family, enjoy the photographs of Elkhorn in the early 20th century, warm yourself in the heat from the fireplace, or enjoy the front porch swing! All of it is fun and builds memories for years to come. Just recently I learned to cross country ski on the powdery trails of Elkhorn, an experience I won’t soon forget! I know my own children love Elkhorn as much as I do, so when my daughter recently told me she will bring her own children here in the future, I can’t help but believe her.
  • An amazing hidden treasure. A great place to stay in a cabin, soak in the hot springs, xcountry ski, snowmobile, or downhill ski at Maverick across the street.
