  • Wow...this place is a craphole! The boardwalk isn't special. The rides are typical carnie rides, but it'll cost you $80 for a day pass. $20 more will get you into Disney World, so these crappy rides c...  more »
  • Not too crowded lots of different activities for all ages. The Aquarium is good Unlike other boardwalks, bars are not the center of attraction.  more »
  • Very walkable, it wasn't terribly busy during a weeknight in early July so we were able to enjoy it. A variety of games, food, the aquarium, treats, shopping, mini golf, etc.  more »

  • Visited here while passing through and unlike Seaside Heights this area seems to offer more attractions. It is a long boardwalk with a ton to do including mini golf, zip lines, batting cages, large amusement park, tons of games and a bunch of arcades plus a fun house and lots of shops and ice cream stands. It’s also pretty clean and well patrolled by security and police. It has a ton of helpful staff around and the beach looks clean. Start out at the amusement park and buy tickets and you’ll get a coupon book for all sorts of money saving offers up and down the boardwalk.
  • Fantastic time! Super kid friendly. Lots of games and arcades. I would highly recommend a visit. I will say, if you want to swim, beware of the big waves. There's a shorebreak so there's rarely any relief. Beautiful beach either way. Just not super kid friendly for swimming.
  • Nice family friendly place. Good amusement rides and arcades for kids & adults. Only drawback was in sum kid rides like elephant & helicopter ride, wherein all of them had to go higher- but sum did not go higher. Kids who did not go higher were kind of disappointed with the ride. Overall it is clean & a fun place to visit during summer!
  • watch to say about Jenkinson's Boardwalk that hasn't been said already. A local institution with deep ties to the local community and the Jersey Shore. Everybody has memories of going to the boardwalk. I take my kids there mid-week during the summer to try to avoid the crowds. Best time to go. In particular in August, we like to go to the Jenkinson's Pavilion for dinner walk the boardwalk get some ice cream do the rides hit the games and just have one heck of a time out with the kids. Be sure to take lots of pictures and lots of videos because the kids just love watching themselves and they love here and everybody squeal and having such a good time. I hope you have as much fun as we have had. PS and yes it is a little pricey. But since you're only going a couple times during the summer it's definitely worth it. They sure institution and definitely a treat.
  • I would not recommend this boardwalk. Personally, I have worked here in the past and the service is disgusting. I worked doing birthday parties for many years and I’m going to tell you the little secrets behind birthday parties, it is absolutely horrible what they do. There are ants in the soda machines and you’re supposed to let the soda run for a second so it gets all the ants out but no one does that. Instead, they fill the birthday party pitchers and if there are ants in them they will still serve the soda. Since Pepsi is a dark colored drink, you can’t see the ants. None of the workers care and in fact find it funny when this happens. The most sanitary thing they do there is scoop the ants out with a spoon and then serve the disgusting, watered down drinks. Also, when you have a birthday party there you can either choose to take home free designed cups with matching spoons or a cheap “gift bag” which includes toys that are crappier than the ones you receive in McDonald’s kids meals. You lose choosing either of these choices because they give you USED spoons that they do not wash! They not clean the pitchers, cups or spoons properly with soap or even a sponge. All the workers just rinse them off under water so they appear clean but they are not. The bosses and managers are also corrupted and are very nasty to be around. They make you feel uncomfortable and watch your every move, almost in a threatening, creepy way. The pay there is horrible and I’m pretty sure the bosses take more money then they are supposed to. Most of the tips get passed right on to them and while they collect $20 tips they give the workers about $3 each and take advantage of the foreign workers. Also if you want to go on rides, you pay an expensive amount of money for these ride cards that look almost like credit cards. At the ride you hand them the card and they scan it and then let you on. Most of the time you have to wait in a 15 minute long line and then when you get to the top of the line the card doesn’t even work. If the card doesn’t work you can’t get on the rides and the chances are your cards won’t work. They never do. And the rides are baby rides, if your child is over the age of 8 years old, they will be bored at the boardwalk. Please do not waste your money here, especially on food or drinks because you will get sick or be drinking bugs. Not worth it 1/5 rating.
