  • Gilley's not to bad for mainly prefrozen prepared food. The staff did a good job at fixing up many of the buffet items. The casino was way smokier than others I've been to. I'm from out of town and we...  more »
  • This place has been horrific as far as payouts. Has been totally terrible since before Labor Day. No wonder they don't have the crowd they use to have. I am a regular or was one prior to last p.m. Thi...  more »
  • Rooms are always clean and equipped with all essentials. Service is always first rate. Appreciate being treated like a guest even when I am here as an associate.

  • I paid $18 for buffet plus had added on prime rib. They stamp your hand for prime rib. Salad bar was good. Prime rib was good but they do not serve a satisfying amount. A slim piece. I went for seconds and I guess you are not suppose to because he looked at me and gave me a shaved piece. The lady next to me frowned when she saw what he had done. I was embarrassed. So I did not continue to eat off buffet. I just had what little they gave me in prime rib, salad, mashed potatoes and water. My husband who did not order off buffet said food was better at Golden Corral and we don't even eat there! He said the ribs were like shoe leather. He liked his salad, ice cream and water! We do not recommend this buffet unless it would cost you $7 or less! Our server was attentive and checked on us regularly. It was a disappointment and costly.
  • I ate buffet at Gilley's restaurant last night. When I went through line, there was a raw piece of prime rib laying there. The prime rib was thick also. I didn't want that piece of prime rib. The guy that was attending the prime rib said he would heat me another piece in the skillet. He did but he gave the piece that I wanted to someone else. When I also got up from my table to get some ice cream, the waitress cleared my table and took my water and coffee. She brought a coffee cup back with cream in it. Might have been my coffee cup, but she should have brought me a fresh cup out since she took my coffee cup. There is a strange and weird guy with brown hair that works there and he may work in the security dept. He is very unfriendly and looks very unfriendly. If you become in close contact with him, he turns his head completely to the opposite side. He has worked there for a few years. I reported some things in the past that dealt with security. I was ignored last year with my report. This guy with brown hair that works there has bad emotional problems. He needs another kind of job instead of his security position. I don't like to go because they don't treat people right.
  • I'm not a big gambler, but I wouldn't mind spending some time on the machines if the place didn't smell so bad. Seems like everyone there smokes and the ventilation system doesn't fix the smoky air problem at all. Thank goodness there is no smoking allowed in Gilley's, but unfortunately it has no separate entrance so we are forced to walk through the smoke to get to it.
  • We go to Gilley's for their live music and enjoy the atmosphere. It was better before they switched to the buffet, much better! But they are offering a few late night options again.
  • I left with less money than I came in with.... My rating could be presumably be persuaded to up promote by a star or two if next trip we walk out strapped with cash.... Just say'n.
