My wife and I stumbled across this course which is just under $100 per person per round, we arrived just before 3pm which for some reason dropped to $30... Probably the best $30 you can spend on a gam... read more »
Had the chance to play this great golf course with some amazing views. Depending on which tees you decide to play, you better have some game. After golf, we attended a wedding and a reception that was... read more »
After a 2 1/2 hr front 9, we were lectured by the ranger that we were out of pace. This was the second time he had talked to us. We were absolutely playing at a reasonable pace. I was playing with my brother in law and our fathers who are over the age of 60, so a 2/12 hr 9 is 100% within reason. Aside from the expensive greens fee, my father was paying 10s of thousands of dollars for my sisters wedding the next day. To be treated the way we were was deplorable, especially since we were not slow.
We live at the Pinehills, but the courses are closed many days in June for outings. Last week we decided to play at Waverly Oaks. I was very pleasantly surprised by the lovely clubhouse, the friendly staff, and the beautifully maintained course. Some of the holes are challenging, but for the most part it is fair. We played in just under four hours which was awesome for a public course. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely play there again very soon!
Beautiful course. Not too challenging, but certainly not an easy play. Overall one of the best courses I've played.
Excellent course. Played on a Wednesday in November. Not many people. Well maintained. Well worth the $60. They give a small bucket off balls to hit at the range before the 1st tee. Will be playing here again!
Excellent course to play whenever in Massachusetts. Super challenging and up and down. Beautiful scenery and great mix of holes. An absolute joy to play.
