The park has changed alot!! Brand new bathrooms that are cleaned every morning by the camp hosts and they're so kind you when you first enter. There's a hiking trail and the bike trail is fun for the whole family with no major hills and restrooms every now and then. The park is kept very clean and people who camp here respect others. I highly recommend this camping spot.
WE just came back from Chatcolet campground in Heyburn state park and had a great time. Beautiful scenery, quiet campground, great place for biking. I want to say the camp host at Chatcolet were wonderful and great host. Way to go Ann and Chet.
Absolute dump. The site they assigned us was unusable. The host was either drunk or a complete ass or both and actually laughed at us for not knowing ahead of time that the place was dump and the site was unusable. The women who fielded our call when we called to grieve, was equally hospitable. Don't waste your time.
Very nice place for camping, it has bathrooms and amazing scenery
The family loves going here We go alot
