  • The buffet was very good and very reasonable. I have been several times and so far never disappointed.
  • I went between lunch and dinner. The staff never cleans up what customers spilled so it looked bad from a he start. Their food needs to be warmer. Hot would be better. Price just ok.
  • Been coming here for about 3 years. Place is always changing, with favorite machines being replaced very often. Came here after a grueling couple weeks of work and travel. Played poker, won big, cashe...  more »

  • Buffet is way better than thunder valley. Hands down. The only thing is when they are cleaning a table after customers left they start spraying stuff all over chairs and tables. Like why are you staying stuff while I'm trying to eat. Only ate there once so idk if it happens all the time
  • Okay, so I'm 20, sure it's a year under the legal gambling age, and I get that. But me and a small group of friends wanted to go the large buffet that they have in the casino, which I have been to before. But me and my friends were denied access to the casino as soon as we walked in from the parking garage. We were stopped and asked our ages by a security guard that would not let us go to the buffet. We asked if we could have an escort to the buffet because he couldn't allow us into the casino (since we're "underage"), another security guard showed up and said absolutely not we cannot give you an escort, it is against the rules to have you on the casino floor. I have been to this buffet probably a half a dozen times and have never been stopped and treated like this before. Hell I even said I'd buy the guard dinner if he wanted to sit with us the entire time to make sure we didn't gamble, still said no. So we went and spent our money elsewhere.
  • Fun place to gamble! It is clean, beautifully designed, and well maintained. It seems like they're always doing work to keep the place updated. And the filtration system does a good job of clearing out all the cigarette smoke. The food is delicious! And free soda, can't complain about that!
  • My experience here is always amazingly fun! This has to be the BEST CASINO in California! They have the BEST of everything all in one HUGE building! 5Star restaurant's and before i forget they also have a kids area on one whole level which is so much fun for my family! Yes we all can enjoy the hawk! Staff members that work on the lower level is very nice n friendly my favorite staff workers are the ones working in the waterfall buffet! They always have a welcoming heart and that makes us enjoy our dine even much more after hitting the slots win or lose. ((EVERY DOLLAR WAS WORTH SPENDING)) pricey but well worth it!! There's also soda machines & coffee n hot chocolate machines on every corner of the casino! All for FREE! Last but not least we love picking up our free gifts every sunday! If your looking for a kid friendly casino this is the place to be!! I forgot to mention they even have child care in the kids zone so feed your children drop them off and go enjoy your day! We always do! 5year experience:) thank you RED HAWK for always being good to me and my family.
  • Buffet doesn't have coke products and had to pay extra for that. And when we asked staff If we could open outside wine we were erroneously told we could, but then corrected and told we could not and we would have to pay a huge fee. It's busy, clean, but there is too much light to take a decent photo. Beautiful view. Often a lot of parking. The concert events are fun. The elevator was confusing. Ah! Once, for my brothers-nana's joint birthday (he was turning 21 in two days, while it was Nana's actual birthday) we went to buffet, and though the rest of our party was already inside, myself and my brother were a little late and were stopped by floor staff for age verification because though i was 22 at the time, My brother could not be permitted to walk the floor because "What if he shoved a quarter in the machine?!" This was so funny because he doesn't gamble and he more or less has social anxiety because of all these stupid discriminatory practices we face all the time-and our party was just out of yelling distance or we'd have tried to yell for some older people to vouch for us. They kept saying, "If he was with an ADULT," hahaha. 18 is considered adult, he had a four year old son for goodness sakes, a 5 year old niece (who was ALREADY EATING inside). Lol this was an isolated incident. But entertaining nevertheless.
