Awesome place that we discovered after staying at a nearby hotel. We tried a flight and then got glasses of the ones we really liked. Even took some home on the plane back to DE! Really chill vibe wit... read more »

The breury has a tap room not too large, but beautiful, with attendants super friendly and willing to explain everything about each one of the beers. They offer complimentary pretzels, but you can buy their own food or ask for a delivery of something that there's no problem. At the end of the day, some days of the week have the option of food truck parked in front of the brewery. Most beers are quite alcoholic drinks, then don't go on an empty stomach.show original
If you like beer, this may be a nice diversion from your typical afternoon. The beer is different and interesting- well described as to what to expect. Bring food in (it's okay) because you'll notice ... read more »
I've drank Bruery beer for years but only went to the tap room for the first time. Lines are outrageous. No seats. I understand. Good beer = lots of people. That's why it gets 4/5. Minus one since I had to get back in line the second I got a pint filled in order not to wait between drinks.
If you like IPA and hoppy beer, this is not the place for you. Best match they would have is their Sours. Lots of amber, porters, stouts, and they make the most bourbon barrel aged than any other brewery, ever. Great atmosphere, the tour is worth the 30 minutes (and it's free). Often they have an awesome BBQ tent out front cooking very good, and very reasonable food.
This place is always crowded to the max on the weekends. Unless you get there early, expect the enjoy your beers holed up on a bookshelf or some other nook. The tasting trays, while stylish, are huge; good luck fitting more than two of them anywhere. Also, stock up on drinks and close your tab every time; it can take 45 minutes to go through the line. Also, you pretty much have to like 12% (and higher) beer to enjoy coming here. There might be one beer under 12% if you're lucky. If that's your style, then this is your place. If you want to enjoy a pint and relax, then you will probably have a better time at Noble or Bottle Logic. They are opening a separate taproom for their Terreux beers (sours and saisons), so hopefully that addresses some of the overcrowding. The Terreux beers tend to be lower in ABV as well.

One of the best in the OC in my opinion. They have a range of sours, lagers, reds and stouts. The tasting room is friendly with lots of high tables and some barrels to chill at. Board games and water can be found in the back right corner when you walk through the entrance. Bathrooms accommodate more than 1 at at time, thankfully. Also, check their times for a tour of the brewery! It's really cool and you'll learn a lot (:
In my opinion, the best brewery in Southern California. The Bruery is constantly rotating their beers so repeat visits are encouraged. If you can't decide, grab a flight of 5 tasters, or just go straight for one of their barrel aged beers (some ranging near 20% ABV) and relax while your taste buds prickle and your stomach warms up. Also, I love their music choice (I hope you like post-punk as much as I do).
