This place was packed, even on a Sunday late afternoon and I soon found out why. This is a special place in the heart of SoCal where imaginations flourish, and conneseurs gather to indulge. The tour w...  more »

The beers here are interesting - they use some unique flavor combinations and ingredients (example of the latter - yams, blueberries, etc). But the beers are very, very tasty. The place can get very c...  more »

The brewery is located in an industrial area with plenty of parking. The taproom is walled off from the warehouse where all the brewing happens and feels cold, sterile, and uninviting. The tap list is...  more »

Visiting while in a trek south from LA to San Diego to explore multiple breweries, The Bruery hit my taste buds first--and with vigor! Their beers are phenomenal--particularly the higher-octane and unusual varietals. For example, who else makes an Or Xata Ale? I don't know, but I quickly bought a bottle back in my home state for others to try. This is a must-visit in the LA region, even if it is a bit of a hike through traffic. Worth it, and will 100% be back.

I used to really love The Bruery, but the past few years have been really trying. Their membership programs have really suffered as their beer production has suffered. That's what happens when you have serious and systemic infection problems I guess. But so little has been done to make it up to members, and so little has been done for local members that this is the last year I will be a member. You guys really need to focus on your loyal customers and stop it with the self-congratulatory marketing hype machine. Having interacted with Patrick several times, it just seems counter to the actual head brewer himself. Also, it would be great if you could have reasonable bottle formats for the big bears. No one needs 6 750's of a 20% abv beer.

Great beer that can get a bit pricey, but well worth it.

I don't know what to say... I mean, it's The Bruery. This was a bucket list brewery for me. I got to try several beers on the Reserve Society and the Hoarders tap list. We had a bunch of samples and really enjoyed the vibe. They had a sushi food truck out front, too. Good stuff!

I have spent many hours here in the tasting room. I have to say the Bruery is the Brewery I talk to new beer lovers the most about. There is a huge set of beers to choose from, a secret club (with secret menu), and it's BYOF (Bring Your Own Food) if you don't want the jerkey and other small snacks they have. Highly recommended!
