  • This was a trip with my college aged daughter who is an artist. The museum is nice, with convenient parking right next to the building. We found the layout to be very confusing though - even with the ...  more »
  • This is a good place to dip your toes into Art. The museum has a bit of everything. You won't find a room full of works by VanGogh, but the museum does have a VanGogh, a Renoir, a Cassatt, a Monet, a ...  more »

  • Outstanding museum! The exhibits grow from miniature furniture from over a hundred years ago to mammoth architecture exhibits. A wonderful variety and depth into numerous art disciplines and eras. Couldn't see everything in a day, but that's okay. I'm visiting again.
  • Always something new to see and each visit brings more time to appreciate the permanent pieces.
  • As a student I would slowly wander through the halls daily, perusing the art. In a way it was meditative. There are so many pieces that it would take a lifetime to fully appreciate every one. Also, the rock and mineral exhibit is suprisingly fun!

  • An amazing collection of some of the finest. This isn't just one or two pieces of goodies interspersed among a few dozen pieces. This is legit art. From the sculptures surrounding the gallery, to the hundreds, if not thousands of exhibits, you'll be amazed. Art is subjective so you might find parts of the collection to be meh... But other parts may take your breath away.
