  • My 11 year old daughter went on a tour for her birthday & loved it so much she just completed day camp. Learned a lot and her love and respect of these animals was multiplied. Knowledgeable staff that loves their work and it shows.
  • Groups are small and the tour guide was the associate director. We heard great stories about every cat we came across. The food truck came around and we saw Lions fed too! They take fantastic care of their animals much like you would treat your cat. I highly recommend for all ages. You will never get this close to a lion that will say 'Hi!' in its own way.
  • We went for a Twilight Tour and it was amazing! The animals were so active. Our tour guide (I think her name was Marissa) was so funny, informative, and passionate about these animals. The grounds were very nice and there wasn't too much walking but it was nice to be outdoors.
  • My Fiance and I visited the Tiger Rescue a few weeks ago and greatly enjoyed it! We learned so much and our tour guide was amazing! Anyone who is looking for something fun, informative and educational I highly recommend anyone to come visit! We will be back very soon!
  • I am so pleased to see this place still going strong and appreciate all the people that helped it transition from CPT to what is today. I know the transition was challenging those years ago and hats off to all that keep it going! I was actively involved back when Dr. Michael Bleyman was still alive and it was called Carnivore Preservation Trust (CPT). Dr. Bleyman created a place for saving endangered tigers and other like animals. A Mentor to me in how he went for his passions and dreamed with a big vision (a 200 year plan to re-introduce to the wild). Not afraid to go against the grain for what he believed was "right". His decisions were not always perfect by far and he did not plan for his untimely death, but he took life on not letting his own personal challenged stop him. At one time, CPT held the world record for successful breeding of kinkajous, a species with which other organizations had experienced difficulty. My former wife Genie and I had "adapted" one the Kinkajous and I named him "Albert" because he was so smart. He of course lived at CTP and we gave funds to support his care. I have posted a picture of Albert and the late Dr. Michael Bleyman. A picture that he give to me that I will always cherish.
