  • Awful!!!! 2 of the 8 batting cages were working and they continued to malfunction. Do not waste your time or money here. Very outdated and understaffed.  more »

  • This place is your typical go cart, arcade, mini putt putt pace. Everything is a bit dated....there is minimal shade during the day for outdoor activities and the bugs come out of the tree line at night. Two of the arcade games I tried didn't work and/or didn't refund my tokens. Pretty much what I expected.
  • The only reason it gets one star is because our family did have fun on the go karts. That's all. First off, if you're a paranoid parent as most normal people are, you'll be worried the whole time you're there because there no type of security. Anyone could snatch up your kid without a problem and walk out the door or doors. There was not one person over the age of 25 in the building working there, so if someone needed medical condition, I could almost bet none of the employees would have a clue. Secondly, several game machines and a drink machine outside eat your money and tokens, though I will say the employees are kind enough to take care of you if this happens, it's just a hassle though especially when it's crowded. Bumper boats were down, that was okay, but the kiddie carts and the little track itself definitely could use some help, the one employee over that attraction had to push all the kids over the hills. Felt bad for the guy considering the heat. And don't want to compare much but the arcade is pricey. 4 tokens for a dollar here, every game is two tokens or more. Chuck E Cheese on the other hand is a good bit cheaper, and every game is one token. The mini gold isn't bad, except for the appearance, the water looking dirty and fountains not working, hoses stretched across the pathway just left out. Just wasn't too appealing. Anyway all in all of you don't care about quality and customer service then go for it. If you want to have a comfortable and fun experience for your children, I wouldn't recommend Adventure Landing.
  • It was horrible. The management was slow and rude. A lot of the employees r slow, lazy and didn't have good manners. Most of the batting cages were slow and were broken. The line for the go-karts were to long and were slow (their was at least 8-11 go-karts available per person). A lot of families didn't have manners and were cursing at each other to other families. There were people smoking inside and outside the park..... around a lot of young children. I would never go there if I were you.
  • If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Haven't been here since it was the old celebration station back in the early 90s. They have done no updating. The golf course was in bad shape. Goose droppings and leaves all over the actual course. They only had 3 working bumper boats and the water was algae infested. Go karts were fun but they were not many working ones. The games inside were less than par and most of them took your coins. Save your money this place is not worth the money you will spend. The staff is lazy and rude. We will not come back.
  • Went in to check this place out to have a birthday party for my daughter since we are not from Charlotte. As we walked around to see the attractions (laser tag advertised Online but not at this location) there were people waiting at rides and no one was working them. Putt putt looked very dirty and out dated. When we went inside We stood at the birthday reservation counter for a while before even being acknowledged. A young girl called for a lady whom I assume is a manger to help us. She continued to tell us what was "NOT available" very unprofessional and unorganized. I had to just as her what was available on the day I was requesting. She told me to call her personally Monday morning book my party I wanted for Saturday. I'm confused at this point. That's part of the reason I came into the location. Restrooms were filthy, party room downstairs was very dark as if it was closed and there was a party in there!!! And after reading these other reviews I WILL NOT BE RESERVING A PARTY. To make my daughter happy I may bring her to ride go karts another time but that's it, and that's if she doesn't decide she wants go somewhere else, like the NASCAR speedway
