  • The Cavern is accessed down 165 steps, it is small but worth every penny. Accented by blue marble and wonderful formations we enjoyed out tour. The guides are friendly and informative. We even had our...  read more »
  • Interesting as an awesome opportunity to see natural features you wouldn't normally see, but to see those things comes at a high cost.
  • This cavern is nice for it's features. I'm not quite sure if all of the rock formations are real especially when back lighting has been installed. Kinda looks like a set on Universal studios. The tour...  read more »
  • My cousin, who was visiting from New Mexico, and I, visited the Caverns February 1, 2016. Alex was our guide and he was very knowledgeable, informative and was able to answer all of our questions. We were the only people on the tour, so we got to visit the caves for a little while longer, which was really nice of Alex. The Caverns were fairly easy to navigate through too. The different rock formations were awesome to see and experience. Even though the lake was pretty far down, you could still see it well enough to get an idea of how beautiful it must be if you were able to be up close to it. It's pretty chilli inside the Caverns, so make sure to bring a jacket. It was a wonderful experience that didn't break your pocketbook!
  • This place is amazing with superb formations and a friendly knowledgeable staff. It can get quite busy, so get there early or plan to buy tickets earlier in the day.
  • Wow, this place is so cool. It's a little expensive but it's a once in a lifetime kind of thing. Not a good place if you are scared of heights. Make sure you also go on the Zen garden hike but watch out for poison oak.
  • Perfect on a hot day. The features in the chasm are amazing.
  • A bit in the expensive side but a unique experience. My daughter's class went here in a field trip. I didn't realize we had a cavern this close to Sacramento.
