  • Don't purchase tickets until that day they only fly up depending on weather. If it's to winding they will close down. If you go before 12 the tickets are half price. We went at 10 after they opened. W...  read more »

  • We were very lucky they were running this when we wanted to go. They could hear our small dog barking back at the car and they told us we were more then welcome to bring him along so he was able to jo...  read more »
  • One of a kind experience! Breath taking views. Came one day and couldnt go up bc of wind speeds so we came back next day and all went well. Small line, moved fast. We prepaid for the ride, so I would suggest not waiting til the last minute to check it out if you prepay. We'll definitely be doing this again next time we're here.
  • Very poor management. Long wait times because only one guy running th ticket counter. We got here at 11:45 and there were three parties ahead of us and we are still waiting in line at 12:30 just for the tickets. They're busy and refuse to spend more money on hiring extra staff. The ride was good and so I'll give them 2 stars but poor management had already ruined it before even it started.
  • HORRIBLE! Waste of money. The thing is so slow and stays in one place and goes only 400 feet up in the air. Absolutely boring. Waste of time.
  • I prepaid for the tickets through Buy Direct, went to ride the balloon 2 times on June 14th and no rides due to weather. I returned on June 16th to wait in line for an hour!! Signed the waiver for my 2 children, I was not advised to wait on a ticket or given a ticket although I had the sheet of the online purchase. My children and I went and stood in another line, got up to the balloon, took the photo that you take before getting on the balloon and showed the guy at the gate our printed tickets, then I get told I need a recept from the desk! I went back to the desk to ask for a receipt where the guy was rude and wouldn't print off a ticket for the current ride he states that we can get back in line and wait again, if the weather doesn't change he would then give me this receipt I need to ride!! Staff was rude I would not recommend prepaying for this ride and do not go unless u are ready to wait and wait and wait!!!!!!
  • This was a fantastic experience. I am absolutely terrified of heights so the idea of 500 feet in the air in a balloon was super scary. However it was wonderful. The operator talked us through the whole thing and it was great. The views were spectacular and the entire experience was wonderful.
