  • Wow!! That is the only word to describe Parrot Mountain. My daughter had knee surgery a week ago so we rented a golf cart. The driver was so nice. He never rushed us. The nursery was so sweet. The lady that worked in the nursery was so nice. She told us details about each bird and their demeanor. We loved the area where you were able to feed the birds small cups of nectar. Even though this area was popular and busy we were allowed to stay until all of the food was gone. As you exit is where you can feed some of the other birds (the ones that don't bite- they have each one marked for your safety). I loved that you are able to interact with such beautiful birds! Thank you Parrot Mountain!!!!
  • This was an awesome experience! Then knowing how Parrot Mountain became a reality from one man' s faith and the dream God gave him just touched my heart so much. The gardens throughout are so pretty now at this time of the year. There are hundreds of plants and flowers everywhere. The exotic birds are gorgeous and there are hundreds of them as well. There are places to feed the birds and you can also have your picture taken with several of them perched on your arms, head and in your hands. Loved this. What I loved so much were the many bible scriptures throughout the gardens and the prayer garden. There were a lot of people there with their children who appeared to be enjoying themselves a lot. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We certainly enjoyed it very much.
  • This place is absolutely wonderful! Beautiful birds in a beautiful setting. The property is stunning and impeccably maintained and the birds enclosures were spotless and spacious. I loved having the chance to interact with these beautiful animals. A true hidden gem!
  • Was a great hidden gem in the Smokies! This place was beautiful and the birds were awesome. Great way to get to see, touch, and feed these beautiful birds! Adults and kids loved it! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend! It was one of the highlights of our trip!
  • There are very few places that can make you just happy from deep inside your heart. This is one of those places. It's a must visit to experience a live interaction with parakeets, birds, etc. It's paradise for nature and animal lovers. Do get a picture clicked with you holding the birds. I just LOVED IT.
