  • Customer care was phenomenal! We really didn't know what to expect because we had never done an old time photo. The costumes were impressive and authentic. The props were real antiques. Where else can you time travel, roll play a different era of history, all while having your picture taken! The prices were reasonable for all that you get! Highly recommend!
  • Good misé en scene, props, costumes, et al. Staff was friendly and professional. The pictures actually turned out great. My only real complaint would be the pricing. The packages we were presented (after our shoot and review session) were $129, $169, & $209 respectively! The hard sell pitch with a crusty laminated sheet and eons of dry erase marker build up was somewhat insulting. I would have purchased another pose or two, but again the pricing structure forces you into a package only scenario. To be fair, you could buy the cd with all poses for $80, but since we went in with a Groupon for a sitting and an 8x10 print for $12 the other options were prohibitively expensive. My advice to the 22 locations of Old Time Photo is to have up front pricing, lose the hard sell tactics, and have more reasonable pricing overall.
  • The staff is amazing! Very friendly & made you feel very comfortable. Purchased a groupon and we were in and out like expected and the pictures turned out wonderful!! We would definitely go back and recommend to anyone wanting old time photos!!
  • Fantastic experience!! Loved our photos. Shane and Stephanie were very professional and worked great with our kids. Recommend this to everyone!!
  • Groupon advetised 1 picture for $12 & that it would take 15 minutes, it took almost an hour and a half. Package prices are not posted anywhere! They are kept behind a curtain and not discussed until after the conplete photo shoot. Because of this you get cornered into spending an hour taking pictutes you won't purchase! Packages are $75-300! Had we seen the ridiculous prices ahead of time we would have skipped the individual shots and just done the group one. This was especially important considering we had a 2 year old in our party. When they reviewed the pictures they do not disclose that certain options have additional charges. The picture we chose for the Groupon had a $5 charge for Sepia so we had to change it to black and white. Tax was not included in the purchase of the groupon and tipping was expected. All in all we left tired and angry and with one unprotected (not envelope or anything) picture! Will not return or recommend to anyone!
