  • Course was well kept. Good greens. Too much sand. Needs a bigger alcohol selection. Nice views. Definitely call ahead for a tee time.  more »
  • Rudest people on the mountain. Don’t recommend anyone wasting time or money here! Treat yourself to a dinner show instead.  more »
  • If you’re planning on playing, you’d better call and get a tee time. The scenery is spectacular and the elevation changes challenging. Be prepared to do some walking however. There are nine holes were...  more »
  • Had a great time with my son today. Conditions were excellent. Greens rolled very nice. Fairways and tee boxes were in pretty good shape as well. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Grille was a little pricey but food was hot and immediately ready at the turn. I would absolutely play here again. Overall great experience.
  • The course is beautiful and well-maintained, but the staff was not up to par (pun intended). We showed up 15 min early, only to be greeted in the pro shop by a very pushy and dismissive member of staff telling us we were late. I had him check his watch to confirm we were early, he did, and still he persisted to rush to get us out there ahead of a larger group. We politely rush out to our car to load up our clubs and put on our shoes only to have another member come (to our car, in the parking lot) and tell us we need to hurry. We showed up to the first tee box 7 minutes early and the ranger STILL (as if the first two weren't enough) continues trend and tells us "Come on guys, we need to get you out there". The whole time we stayed at least a hole ahead of the beloved "large group" that HAD to tee off directly after. Next time in Gatlinburg, I will find a different course to play. With all that said, it was a beautiful course
  • Spoken from someone who has played hundreds of courses, this course is in the top third. For a muni, it is good. For weekend play of $60 per rd, it is a bit steep. The course was in good shape. Tees were decent and fairways were decent as well. Greens rolled well but were a bit slow for how well they rolled for me. But for my playing partners, they liked the pace. The front and back bikes vary considerably w the front having 3 par 5s. The pace of play was also decent but I could see how especially on the back w many tight holes and blind approaches that pace could drag. The starter was a nice guy who talked over the local rules. There were no Marshall’s but I could see how they could get on you if you don’t keep the 90 degree rule or keep the cart on the path on certain holes. There are far too many par 4s that are Carr path only imho. Overall, an enjoyable round, but don’t expect country club amenities here and to be coddled, it is a municipal course but in good shape overall. Don’t let the yardage fools you, especially on the back, most players definitely should play from white tees. Only thing I don’t like is some of the layout of holes 6-7, and many of the holes on the back.
  • We loved this course. They staff treated us excellent. Thanks.
  • Loved it; beautifully layed out holes and course. The change of elevations is great and requires good shot making, and hole 12 is spectacular.
