  • We stopped here so my kids could enjoy go carts. It was an awesome track, and they got to drive them for a good bit. I enjoyed standing on the viewing area so I could get good pictures. The Fast Track...  read more »
  • Slowest karts I've ever been on!!!!! If you've got your grandma with ya you can take her here because it's like a Sunday drive and you're sure not gonna pass anybody!!!! Pass this one by!!!!
  • Enjoyed the multi level track.. Make sure you get a coupon for this cuz it was $10 per 5 min ride.. A buy one free is a great way to save $.
  • Horrible experiences while go karting on 7/6/16 at their facility, and no one on site seemed to care. And no one from management has responded to my attempts to contact them. First, my 12 year old daughter was rear ended with such force when she was doing what the staff told her to do, that the cart she was in had to be taken out of service due to the damage. At the end of her session, she was instructed to remain in her kart until everyone was off the track which she did. She had undone her seat belt/shoulder straps since no one instructed her to leave them on. The last kid to come in, rammed directly into her kart with NO braking causing ALL the cars in line to experience the impact. The kid then got out of his kart laughing. The staff said nothing to him or his parent, no consequences. They ignored the fact that my daughter was in tears, clutching the back of her neck and had the wind knocked out of her. Totally unacceptable. I had to even PAY for ice from the concession to put on her neck. Second, since my daughter was no longer feeling well enough to use her tickets, my husband accompanied my 14 year old son on 2 karting sessions on a different track. On the last session, a kart had apparently broken down on the track and my husband attempted to swerve out of the way and luckily only rubbed up against it. The staff didn't slow anyone down or stop the race. As he and the others came around the track again, the kart was STILL on the track and an employee was standing on the kart working on the broken down kart ON the track. My husband once again swerved to miss him, and the employee picked up the metal pole used to lift the karts and threw it across the track at my husband while screaming something unintelligible. It narrowly missed my husband's head and easily could have killed him. As my husband pulled off the track, visibly shaken, 4 employee thugs surrounded him and began threatening him. My husband walked away from them. I immediately spoke with "Kevin" who was working that track, and his responses were sadly apathetic. Since there was no management available to discuss what happened, I explained that my only recourse was to warn others of the dangerous people they employ. So to the owners/management of Fast Tracks, your staff has created a dangerous environment for your customers. Members of your staff apparently have "anger issues" and are increasing your liability for injuries by making poor choices on your behalf. We spent well over $100 at your facility, and it would have been even more. But our expectations of a fun afternoon were cut short because of the mismanagement by your staff.
  • My boyfriend and I came here on 06/18 and had fun experience on the concrete side of the tracks. Drifting around the corners was awesome and the karts seemed quick for what they were. The operators were attentive and seemed to enjoy watching people enjoy themselves on the track. I would gladly come back and ride this one again. However, the elevated wood track was not the same enjoyable experience. The two male operators were probably the rudest people in customer service I've ever seen in a long time. A kid, maybe 10 at most, didn't understand what lane to go into at the end of the race and I watched one of the operators cuss at him, and aggressively throw his kart backwards to get him in the right lane. The father of the child was watching and obviously got upset when this happened so he started yelling at the operator from the waiting line. The operator did not apologize for his behavior or address the angry father. I thought for sure my boyfriend and I were going to have to break up a fight on our vacation, but thankfully the father calmed down. When it was our turn to race everything went fine, but I noticed that both operators were on their cell phones and completely disconnected from what was going on around them. I'm pretty sure we could have crashed, caught fire, and exploded before they would have noticed, or maybe even cared. This ride isn't bad for adults but I would not recommend it for young children due to the inattentive and uncaring employees that are allowed to provide safety for customers.
  • The only reason im giving a 2 is because my 17 year old was trying to have a good time and witnessing the attendant curse my son out after a ride was very disrespectful and very unprofessional now the other go carts were the best we've seen in a long time it's elevated or something like that but my 17 year old showed the guy respect until he called my son a jackass and continued to curse my son there were lots of bumping on the track which was not allowed but my son did have a accident he couldn't slow down in time for a man 4 feet from him spun out my son hit the front of him and slowed down to ask the guy if he was ok they continue to go till the ride was over to be fair my son can have a high temper and i felt at the time if i didn't tell him to keep being respectful he probably would have decked his face i called the manager to report the discussion he had with my son ..... my son also talked to the manager as well witch was really kind and respectful and did his job i would say don't go here but i really hope the guy will solve his attitude towards kids riding these rides but because my kids had a good time on the other rides i like those now the elevated and the bungy jump was great you actually ride more on elevated then on the other
  • The staff of this place is ridiculous. This fat red was cussing my son. My wife told him to watch his mouth and quit cussing that they were kids around. He called her a b****and td her to shut up. He better be glad I did not take him out right there. I have more respect for all the kids around. Any other place he would not be walking. You do not talk to people like that when you work in public. You really have a problem with the people u have working for u. By reading reviews I am not the only one that's had problems out of your staff.
  • Friendly to little kids and several tracks to choose from. My six year old Grandson loved it.
