  • I absolutely love coming every year to see and shop at the Christmas Place in Pigeon Forge. This store has the most beautiful Christmas displays and it is a huge store. If you can't find what you're looking for here at the Christmas Place then it can't be found. I buy personalized Christmas ornaments for next year's Christmas tree every year. To avoid the huge crowds, this year we went shortly after the store opened. There were not many people shopping so we had no trouble getting our ornaments personalized and out of the store quickly. This store is one of those places that even if you don't buy anything it's worth walking through the store to see the beautiful trees and displays they have. This store is open year-round.
  • Our family has been faithful customers for many years. We look forward to spending a couple of hours, during every family trip to Pigeon Forge, shopping the beautiful Christmas store. Unfortunately, we had such terrible customer service on this trip we may not be back. The store is beautiful and the selection is outstanding. Prices are typically higher than other stores, but the experience has always been worth it. This trip, my wife found an ornament she really wanted on one of the display trees, We searched the room the tree was in but could not find the ornament. We found an employee and asked for her help. The employee simply sent us to another room. I was surprised at the lack of effort but went to the other room to look around. I did not have any success finding the ornament so I went back and found the employee again. I had to ask her to walk over to the tree to look at the ornament so she would know what I was looking for. She gave me the impression, from her facial expression and tone, that I was an inconvenience. She walked over to the tree and spent less than a minute looking around and said “we must be out.” At that she walked away. I found another employee and, again, I was made to feel I was bothering her. I asked her to help me find the ornament. She spent a couple of minutes looking but was unsuccessful. She tried offering another ornament in lieu of the one we were looking for. I explained that my wife really liked the one hanging in the tree. The tree had several of the ornaments my wife liked and I asked is she would sell me one from the tree. She said she would not sell me one from the tree. I asked her why she would not sell me one of the display ornaments and she told me it was the store policy. This made no sense. There was more than one of that particular ornament hanging in the tree and none on the shelves. We left without purchasing anything. My wife was very dissappoimted at both not being able to purchase the ornament and the terrible customer service. In the past this store has always had very good customer service. I hope they read this review and address the issue with their staff. Put the Merry back in Merry Christmas, Christmas Store!
  • Took the kids to visit Santa to day. He was thr sweetest. Had a good discussion about Star Wars the last Jedi with my son. It was great. A very sweet man entertained my youngest daughter with magic tricks and the whole place is just glorious. We love, love, love this place. We have been coming since my oldest son was 6 months old. His now 20!
  • This place is absolutely beautiful. The lights here are the prettiest I have ever seen. Well worth a visit and you might just find something you would like to purchase for yourself or as a gift.
  • Bought lights 2 weeks ago, went to put them on the tree a portion of them don't work out of the box. I have warranty on them. I have emailed and called And no response. Can't finish putting up my tree without them. Hoping for a response soon before it's too late. Parking lot needs to be one directional, lots of traffic due to cross traffic. The store itself is a dream to visit.
