  • Such a wide selection of everything Christmas. They have other items other than Christmas as well so there's something for everyone. Love the free personalization on the ornaments. They always do such a great job.
  • Always a great place to visit anytime of year. Always gets you ready for the Christmas season. If you want Christmas decor, this place will have it!
  • Amazing Christmas store. We come here every year to have pictures with Santa around the end of November. The lines to see Santa during that time are very short. Huge selection of ornaments and Christmas decor. Kids can write a letter to Santa and Santa will send an email back. We received an email from Santa on Christmas Eve and my daughter was amazed. Their Santa Claus is very authentic looking. We love to come here and can't wait to return next year.
  • I absolutely love the Christmas Place!!! You have to at least go in and walk around if you are in Pigeon Forge and love Christmas!!! The Santa there is one of the best I have ever seen! I get 3 ornaments there every year and they personalize them with names and dates free (but please give the employee a tip!) They really do an awesome job! I get one for each of my kids and a family ornament. Don't worry if you don't live in Sevier County you can order them online and they will personalize them and ship them to you! They also give a Sevier County discount!!
  • This is my wife's favourite shop in the entire Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area. If you can't find the Christmas ornament or decorations you want here, likely it doesn't exist. It is such a large place it is easy to get separated. There is plenty of friendly, helpful staff available. They also have a snack and candy shop on site, free parking and plenty of seating outside to rest and look over your purchases. I believe the owners of The Christmas Store also own the hotel across the street. My wife is very interested in staying there as well.
