  • Paid 10 dollars a ticket extra for the all access pass from the Hollywood Was Museum for this attraction. The ride broke down in the middle. I asked for a refund and was only told I could get one dollar per attraction back that cost 3 dollars per. I used a 2 dollar coupon but it was only good if I got the pass. The manager explained to me that my 2 dollar coupon came off the attraction that I wanted my money back for. The attraction that broke down during the middle. Makes sense. The manager was not very nice about it and no one seemed very apologetic that the ride broke down. Don't waste your money and get the pass. The was museum was great but this "add-on" was a gigantic let down.
  • Been visiting Pigeon Forge since 2013 when my pop-pop who rasied me passed away & the family decided to take my Gmom on a vacation! We had the combo tickets for here & Hollywood Wax Museum it was a blast seeing my Nan try and get threw the maze was great!
  • Best haunted thing I've ever been in. Outbreak is definitely (beyond) worth it. Got the All Access Pass for the family and it was worth it. The Mirror Maze was a little bit effiy but ayee... Way better than Mysterious Masion.. Will be going again!
  • Get the All Access Pass! The experience was amazing, however, in The Castle of Chaos, most of the night staff was rude . We didn't let that ruin our fun though. I recommend this attraction if you ever stay at Pigeon Forge!
  • High quality, state of the art props...worth the money. It's not just a couple rooms; a decent length.
